We could do something like that. Maybe somewhere players can easily edit, to add or remove or adjust conditions. So probably a new thread altogether would be best, as that would be easier to reference and to edit.

Oh they don't have any healers of even the healers kit variety? Would non-adventuring, regular NPCs with no levels attending a festival have access to Feats?

Depends on the world builder to me. You listed no magic and this seems mundane.

I see. Well, then I guess everyone is back to full health then.

I mean, you can say no. How I build my worlds doesn't need to be how you build yours

It's not my world, though. It's a pre-published setting. I'm just following the text.

ooc: not necessarily, depends on your reason for choosing to have encumbrance. Is it to limit how much stuff characters can carry/furtherance of realism or is it to check how well your players remember things without cues (cues like visibly seeing the bag being there as the character would or starting to move but then realizing your movement is limited)? If it is to limit how much stuff characters can carry then it has no effect on the efficacy of the encumbrance system. My primary reasons for including Encumbrance is that without it, I find it damages verisimilitude for PCs to carry an entire storefront on their backs without penalty, it makes STR less important, and it would remove another layer of tactical thinking in the game--deciding what is and isn't worth carrying around. But if the players can simply state as a default, "Always assume I drop my pack the moment combat begins, and always assume I immediately pick it up again when combat ends,' then it would raise the question why even bother having Encumbrance in the first place. Feels like a big loophole.

Right, and I'm saying that assuming backpack pick up and drop doesn't hurt verisimilitude and I could even argue that it enhances it. With the assumption, characters still cannot carry the world because there is still a max weight limit, for example Vulpi cannot carry more than 180lbs at all, but even 120lbs even if most is in the backpack assumed dropped and picked up would be difficult and should be reserved for special occasions because traveling while heavily encumbered should be difficult. I suppose, I perceive the encumbrance system as something to be perceived primarily outside of combat.
The reason why I think the assumption could benefit verisimilitude is that Vulpi has multiple cues to tell them don't forget the backpack: being used to carrying the weight of the backpack, actually seeing the backpack and other people's backpacks. We however don't have those same cues, we don't feel or see the backpack. Because of this, without the assumption, we are much more likely to leave the backpack behind by accident than the characters would have been. So the question then becomes how do we simulate the cues that our characters have? I think the easiest option is that assumption. The assumption allows us to recognize the characters have the cues we don't have access to and those cues would cause them to remember their backpacks.
And so why have encumbrance with the assumption of drop off pick up? Because of the out of combat situations and it does create that verisimilitude in that we can imagine what it looks like and feels like.

Can confirm, via mobile version, you can reroll dice without a telltale sign other than the "edited" sign. I was just curious about programming implementation

(OOC: Hi, why does Vulpi has the blessing of the forge and not Ha-Yun?) Ah, my mistake. I've been sick lately, and I must have misread it. I'll fix it.

I don't remember if I asked this already, are we playing where we need to track arrow count or are we not tracking arrow count?

I have decided that this site somehow is terrible at data. The members data lists Daos as having last been online in 2019 (obviously false)... It also lists Horizons Dream as having been online within the last 20 hours, which I suppose could have happened but odd that she didn't post while online.
