Teakettle is more upset about being made to play the 'bad' guy than being forced to fight to the death. She is upset about both, but the one barely edges out the other. #Priorities

==============
As Runt has been a slave fighting in the pits for 9 years now (half of his life!), he's something of a mainstay now. His feats of strength and finesse have earned him some fans, but mostly the audience is drawn to new and shiny things, so his popularity has waned.
His master, Bulbos, is fairly indifferent toward him (reaction score of 10). As long as he continues to fight well and make him money, the ogre is content. (Also, I forgot to mention, but Tea got a reaction score of 7, so Bulbos actually likes her, surprisingly enough. She is his newest acquisition, after all.)
After going through his backstory, he'll start the game with 1 point of favor from Takhisis (for fighting in her army), Sargonnas (for being a soldier in war), Zivilyn (for learning to look before leaping) and Zeboim (for becoming a drunk).
As far as factions go, he'll start with most of them Cautious toward him, because he's a Baaz and he did fight in the war on the Dragonarmy side. The exceptions are the Ogres and the Sea Nomads; those two factions are Indifferent toward him.
Well, that's two down and three to go.

Age, HT/WT, and birthday are all that's left aside from Appearance and Personality. Well, born 10 years prior to the War of the Lance would make him...21, 22, I believe? For birthday, I’ll just go day 2 of month 6, since that’s my actual birthday. As for height/weight...well, I’ve never been great at this. He’s fairly short, owing to being part goblin, so...5’6”, 134 lbs. If that’s unrealistic, I can just roll for it tomorrow.

Those fall into the normal parameters for a half-goblin, so it's all good.

As suspected, I won't be finishing my character this weekend. I'm now shooting for the middle of the week - I'll be spending my evenings alone in hotels, so I'll have plenty of time to finish him up.

Appearance:
Grognak is built slenderly, although he is fairly muscular. His dark brown hair is long and unkempt, and his skin is tinged a sickly yellow, thanks to his goblin father. He has very sharp and defined eyebrows, thin greenish eyes, large, slightly pointed ears, and sharp teeth. His face is riddled with scars, and his nose is snub and upturned.
Personality:
Grognak is a simple-minded person, and he knows it. He lets the other members of the group do the thinking, while he just kills the people who need to be killed. He gravitates strongly toward those who do him a service of some sort, and is fiercely loyal to his “packmates.” Grognak doesn’t consider himself ignorant of human society, but fails to find it appealing. He has learned enough about it from the hunters he grew up with to understand how to stay out of trouble and not attract a huge amount of attention. He has a variety of animalistic traits, such as growling and howling, sleeping curled up on the ground, and having a bad habit of sociophagizing his fallen opponents.

Rax please tell me you are playing a leader-type character because as it stands GravityEmblem and Snacs are both playing physically strong characters who are more comfortable following someone else - and if no one steps up that leaves the Kender in charge which is a hilarious and terrifying prospect

I'm not sure what 'sociophagizing' is, and apparently neither does Google?
Anyway, here's the stat block:

===================================
As Grognak has only been a slave for a few months, he, like Teakettle, is still considered a newbie. Goblins, as a general rule of thumb, don't last long in the arena but either through pure tenacity or perhaps in thanks to his human blood, Grognak has survived so far and even earned a few fans among the crowd. They enjoy his brutal, barbaric approach to fighting.
His master, Bulbos, does not like him at all (reaction score of 21!!!). He didn't even want him, in fact. Grognak was sold as part of a deal to acquire Teakettle. The ogres who captured him wanted so little to do with him, they basically threw him in for free. Bulbos accepted, figuring he could use Grognak as sword fodder, but he kept surviving. Bulbos has grown frustrated since then, unable to get rid of the half-goblin; he can't even sell him to another ogre, as none of them want him. Bulbos always gives Grognak the lowest quality of food, regularly refers to him as 'the animal' or 'it' and has made it clear he hopes the half-goblin dies in his next match.
After going through his backstory, he'll start the game with 1 point of favor from Chislev (for being raised by animals), 1 point from Habbakuk (for learning to hunt and survive), 1 point from Kiri-Jolith (for forming a brotherhood), and 1 point from Sargonnas (for seeking revenge).
For the factions, he'll start with all of them Indifferent toward him, except the Ogres, who are Cautious toward him.
Well, that's three down and two to go.
Well, her or the Kagonesti.

Well, my character is a bard, so his class features at least support a "face" role. As for actually leadership, he's more a knight errant than a commander, so he'll probably be able to lead when necessary, but not looking to take a leadership role in general.

Sociophagy is the consumption of intelligent beings, or so I’ve been told. I wouldn’t call what Grognak occasionally does cannibalism, since he’s not eating Half-Goblins. Although you could call it that if he does it to humans.
(I won’t describe it in detail. I’d make myself sick.)

"Sapio" is a prefix relating to intelligence or intellect. "Socio" means 'relating to society or sociology.'

Added NWP's Weather Sense Signaling
Added WP's Dart
Birthday December: Phoenix 8th
Appearance Ravarie has long dark brown hair with various braids spread throughout. While her hair is perfectly manageable, the braids give her a little of a wild and unkempt look. Like many of her fellow Kagonesti, she has darker skin. It is very different from the so called "civilized" elves that have tried to take over her home land in recent years. Her eyes are dark brown in color, and seemingly cold towards those around her (unless animals are involved, then it is a completely different story). She is also a little bit on the curvy side as she stands around 5'2" and seems to weigh around 150 pounds. Finally, she also has a floral like tattoo around her eyes and along her forehead.
Clothing wise, Ravarie enjoys loose fitting clothing such as dresses or robes as she feels as if they give her more movement. Though, being that she is a slave, she matches with most everyone else in the fact that she wears a simple loose fitting shirts (many of which have holes or are even missing sleeves from battles) of various colors and leather pants. While she does have a pair of sandals that her master has provided her, she prefers to go barefooted unless otherwise directed not to.
Personality Ravarie is very much a tsundere, in that she acts like she absolutely hate everyone. Well, she does pretty much hate all people because they have proven, time and time again, that they are untrustworthy. She has more empathy and understanding towards animals than she has ever had towards people. Though, considering that she had to get along with her teammates (or she would die), she reluctantly began to trust them over time. As a result, she hates all people aside from her teammates and animals.
As a tsundere, Ravarie has not adjusted (despite being a slave for awhile) to the slave life. She is often known as the "trouble maker" as she is far too independent to be taking orders from anyone. At least, that was how it was in the beginning. Now that she knows that people depend upon her to live (her teammates), she has curbed her willful nature a little bit, and tries to follow orders the best that she can. Every once in awhile though, something sparks her anger and she rebels against her master which usually results in her getting into some sort of trouble.
Despite the fact that all Ravarie wants out of her life is to live peacefully with her woodland creatures, she knows that if something isn't done about the chaos that is befalling her home from the various factions that are trying to take over, then she won't get that peaceful life. She knows that means that she is going to have to come out of her shell, get to know people, and hopefully put a stop to the chaos that is going on around her.

@daos A couple of questions regarding spells and magic items, and one about the Gallant kit.
1. In addition to rolling percentile dice for spells, would you be okay with letting me roll 1d4 known spells per level (i.e. levels 1+2) that would already be in my character's spell book (which has hopefully survived)?
I figure that as an experienced character, he would at least have some guaranteed spells that he's seen fit to put in his spell book. It's also a concern that he might otherwise end up with spells that are going to be very difficult for him to use - the Gallant kit essentially requires him to use the best armour he can get, so he won't have much use for spells that don't have long durations or that could be used in situations where wearing armour is inappropriate or unnecessary.
2. In The Accursed Tower, we've been given full information on what's in the spell scrolls we've found without using detect magic or read magic. How important will these spells be in Past Glory? Will we be able to identify and decipher magic items without them?
3. The Gallant kit provides a 1st-level fighter as a squire once the character reaches 5th level, which will be the case with my character. Will he have a squire with him in captivity, or should I count on encountering one later? If killed, the squire is replaced once the Gallant's gained two levels, so it could also be the case that the squire has been killed if you prefer us not to be sporting henchmen to begin with.
