We have to be quick." - she whispers to the others before go standing in front of the door of the cage. Chantilly waits 'till the roper is close enough to the kobolds, then a small sliver of a translucent shadow manifest right on top of the hanging key, ready to snatch it as soon as the roper will start its distraction. OOC Actions Summoning an invisible Mage Hand, to try and get the key when the kobolds will be distracted by the roper.

As soon as the roper lands among the kobolds, it begins attacking them, and they fight back. The invisible hand flies up over the combat and uses the key to unlock the cage. As soon as Chantilly hears that delicious *click*, she opens the gate and take a couple of steps on the stairs. Flattening herself against the wall, the half-kenders says to the others: " Hurry up, everyone! Out! Out! Out!", then she readies herself to lock the door once the others are escaped. OOC Actions: Initiative: C9aBuGLc1d20+5Bonus action to move the hand and unlock the door. Movement on the first square behind the cage, then using my reaction to ready to lock the cage when the rest of the group it's out. 1d20+5

Henry - HP: 28\28 - Conditions: None - Active Effects: None--------------- As soon as the door of the cage is open, Henry dashes forward to engage as quickly as possible the kobolds with his bare hands - good chance he doesn't trust that much this "Roper" and quite eager to be armed again. He throws a vicious haymaker to the nearest kobold in the not-so-secret hope to put him to sleep quickly. {Spoiler} Initiative F_eQaE_|1d20-1 Henry moves and attacks K2, unless he's engaged by one of the drakes - in that case, he uses Disengage.

OOC: I note my suggested movement prior to this wasn't accomplished, so I'm changing my plan...
Realizing that somehow the Kender's crazed plan was actually working, Benyt saw diving deeper into the cave wasn't going to work. As the screams began, the lock clicked, and Chantilly began shouting, Benyt slides off her helm and adds her own exhortations for a quick exit. As the others race toward the stairs, she grips her helm tightly and uses its conical point as a makeshift sharp shield to fend off the hatori while hopefully buying the others a few seconds while stepping slowly back and shouting in Khurish ...

PASSIVE PERCEPTION: 15 | PASSIVE INSIGHT: 17 | INSPIRATION: 0 Caelin was surprised when the aberration began to shift it's attention towards their dragon scavenger guards, however, the drakes, alerted by the sudden movement of the tentacled predator. However, as they began to react, Caelin sprung to action. He moved towards the drake that hadn't yet reacted to the group, sprinting to cover the ground to it, he then rolled, driving the dagger upwards towards the soft folds of flesh under it's throat. He then quickly slipped around it, and sprinted towards the closest dragon egg, hoping to attrack the attention of the drakes by threatening the egg itself. {Out of Character Actions}OOC: Initiative Check 9dE4f7DU1d20+9 Ouch! A 10 ... so I will focus on the Drake that rolled a 3, so moving before it does, I will gain advantage on my first attack against it. Zakkoth laugh. "Mad kenders break all the omens!" He also leave, but also go to the eggs, trying to steal one of them- if any of the drakes get closer, he roll the egg away and fall back.

"Caelin, Zakkoth, let's go!" Eliana calls out to them as she runs for the stairs with the rest of the group. The plan was to run up the stairs once the door was open, and not even mess with the eggs or drakes. Once up the stairs, and out of the way of anyone else coming up the stairs, she casts chill touch on the drake that Caelin is attacking.

Zakkoth moves around the drakes, heading for the egg on the southeast side, hoping to steal it. Caelin, likewise, decides to go for the same egg. One of the drakes runs up to him and bites the rogue, leaving him in pretty rough shape, but he's able to avoid its tail attack. He manages to dance around the drake and join Zakkoth at the egg. However, the second drake goes for the bozak, biting and smacking him, until he goes down in a bloody heap. It seems those drakes really don't like people messing with the eggs! Meanwhile, Chantilly opens the door and moves through the cage, urging the others to follow suit. Eliana goes first, reaching the top of the stairs (right next to the roper) and casts a spell that slightly harms one of the drakes. Henry goes next, but gets stuck between Eliana and Chantilly on the stairs. This means Benyt cannot get through at all, as the party has created a bottle neck on the staircase, so she just tries to defend herself. Fortunately, the drakes are too busy with the potential egg thieves. The kobolds back away from the roper, and try using their slings. Only one manages to hit it, but it doesn't seem to bother the creature much. Once all four kobolds are a safe enough distance, one throws one of the vials on its belt, causing a small explosion when it breaks on the ground. The roper and Eliana get slightly singed from the blast. The roper responds by stretching out its sticky tentacles toward all four kobolds, and it manages to ensnare three of them. Eliana quickly moves out of the way so that the others can get by. She moves just slightly to the right, and runs under one of the roper's tendrils until she reaches the cave wall. Once there, she turns around, and casts one of her cantrips again on the drake that Caelin was attacking. (Chill Touch)

Henry - HP: 28\28 - Conditions: None - Active Effects: None--------------- Henry seems quite eager to engage the enemy in battle, to avenge the defeat he had to endure, to be again in arms and with a chance to make Sir Frume proud, to go back with the mission accomplished. But the road to knighthood isn't quite straight as he would've hoped and the last words of Zakkoth reach his ears, so the squire turns and see the draconian starting to choke on his own blood. Instead of running away, to reach some degree of safety outside the cell he goes back in, running as fast as he can to grab Zakkoth by whatever's at hand and drag him outside - Henry groans and puffs, the heavy frame of Zakkoth putting quite the strain to uncharacteristically brawny half-elf {Spoiler}Henry uses Dash to go back and forth, using his free object interaction to grab Zakkoth.
