Caelynn doesn't think Selena's lying, but she happens to know Selena's an excellent liar, so that doesn't enlighten her much.
Miss Serpentine starts counting off on her hands. "Let's see...the brother of the King of Mortahl, Bartholomew Goldstone, was banished largely thanks to my efforts. I was once kidnapped by a Dwarf pirate while sailing abroad, sank his ship, and killed most of his crew. I stopped a pair of Dwarf brothers from selling the King a robe that would allow them to influence him magically. Things like that."

"Then I guess that gives you a few people to look into?" Caelynn asks. For some reason, in her mind, she was associating the dwarf pirate with 'Stormcloud' because of stormy seas and the like.
