one potential lure might be for someone (high cha?) to imitate the now-dead baaz and say something like, "Hahaha, hey guys come check this out." But in an amused voice, not like one alerted to danger. Once outside we could try sleep/ kill or K.O

Most of the party dumped Charisma.  The only ones with decent scores are Kaelestia and Sumina, and I'm not sure either could convincingly sound like a male Baaz.  Especially one whose voice they've never heard.

What if Kaelestia were to use her shapeshifting abilities? She could turn into a male baaz and try to lure them out that way.

(I'm fine with the other plan by the way, the only thing that worries me about that one is the magical resistance and the chance that some of them may survive our initial attack and wake the others up).

Theoretically, yes.  If she's not worried about exposing herself to the others, she could shapechange into the form of a Baaz.  She'll suffer a few penalties for a bit from the fatigue, though.

Good point.  Granker has no ranged attacks, and only 2 HP, so even one hit is likely to bring him down again.

You can see the petrified Baaz on the last map I posted.  If someone were to walk outside, they could see it, yes.

Uh, so what exactly are we supposed to cover the baaz with? I mean, they are going to know something is up even if it is covered with like a sheet or something.

I was just thinking a cloak or something. Seeing a cloak over a figure might still alar, or make them suspicious, but not as much as immediately seeing a dead body i would think.

Granker has 2 HP left, so I wouldn't count on him to be able to do much.
