Chantilly moves eastward to aid Zakkoth, but her rapier misses its target.  Henry gets up, and clumsily swings his blade at one of the Children twice, missing both times.  One of the other Children charges him, taking the squire back down and nearly killing him with a vicious double attack.

Eliana continues blasting the Child in front of her with lightning, until she finally drops dead.  However, another one (the same one Henry tried to attack) rushes forward and cuts her with scimitar; the spell Zakkoth used on her earlier, however, seems to lessen the blow.

Another Child jumps over the table, landing behind Chantilly and strikes her twice in the back.

Seeing Henry go down again, Zakkoth blasts the Child in front of him with a barrage of magical arrows from his claws, then hurries southward to try and reach the would-be knight in time.

Eliana, despite being wounded, jumps into another spell only to have little magical beams shoot from her figure tips. Two hit the person in front of her, while the other two go to hit the one that is fighting Chantilly.

"Get off me!" - Chantilly says with an hint of anger in her voice, as her rapies ignites, the blade and the flames reaching for the cultist. After the attack, the half-kender dashes through the room to get to the cultist that felled Henry, trying to taking her attention away from Henry and the incoming Zakkoth.

Chantilly stabs a Child with her flaming rapier, then ducks and runs off, swerving around the tables, until she reaches Henry.  She arrives just in time to see the would-be knight's last gasp of breath before his spirit begins the long journey to the Gate of Souls.

The Child Chantilly attacked grimaces and runs after her, catching up.  Eliana fires off four magical missiles, two each hitting a different Child.  Jamna, realizing that both Zakkoth and Chantilly had run off and left her defenseless, curses and mutters a spell, then vanishes from sight entirely.

Eliana and Chantilly both avoid strikes from Children, while Zakkoth continues dashing at full speed toward the fallen Henry, panting heavily under the weight of the keg of ale on his back.

Zakkoth dropping his pack, to ease his way to get to Henry

Chantilly again stabs at one of the Children with her flaming rapier, then backs off a bit.  The two Children close in on her, both slashing at her, leaving the half-kender in dire straits.  Eliana unleashes another barrage of magical missiles, again splitting them between the Child before her and one of the two fighting Chantilly.  The one before her falls from the blows, leaving only two left.

Finally, Zakkoth, who is already standing in front of Henry and so has no need to run any more, kneels down and touches the corpse with a diamond in hand, and calls upon the power of the heart to bring the squire back to life.  Henry wakes up, bloodied and beaten and in great pain, but very much still alive--at least for now!

Zakkoth ran and jumped around.
He felt a thrill- such power, he was his own god.
He was going to will a mortal out of the grasp of the hungry gods!

When he was a priest of Takhisis, it meant emptying his soul and to let the will of Takhisis to go through him-
now it was HIS own will.
"-ARISE!" he commanded Henry.
