I figured she would just store most of it in her room—it’s all stuff that I thought she might use for witchy rituals, anyway. Except for the healer’s bag, which has a price and description in the Arms and Equipment guide, but not weight, oddly enough.

I don't know, I don't have or use that book, so I couldn't guess how much it is supposed to weigh. It's not on my list of approved books, and I don't think it's in any of the approved ones.
There is a Healer's Kit in the Complete Ranger's Handbook. It weighs a pound but costs 25 gold.

Okay, you convinced me. I'll take CON 9 and CHA 9. (I didn't know that thing about Raise Dead O: I wonder why it doesn't work on elves?)
As for the hireling: hmm, I wanted him to be a drow because it'd make more sense for my character. Would you be willing to compromise a bit? I was thinking maybe he could be a drow that has lived on the surface for so long that he completely lost all his drow powers (extra spells, magic resistance, etc) and not even going back to the Deep Veldt would restore it. He could 'count' as a regular elf (maybe just with the superior darkvision, the sunlight sensitivity and the malus with the other elves reaction).

It stems from the game's Tolkien roots. Elves don't have souls, they have spirits, which is somehow a different thing. Other races, upon dying, have their souls depart from their body and fly through the Astral Plane to reach the proper Outer Plane which serves as their eternal afterlife. Elves, however, have spirits that seep back into the earth if they die early (technically they don't die of old age at all; they just pack up and leave for another world; like the Undying Lands in LotR.)
Anyway, even a regular high elf soldier is worth 420 XP, which is still significantly higher than a human at 15 XP.
But I'll see what I can do.
Okay, standard drow warrior is 650 XP. If I bump down his HD to minimum, remove his MR and spell-like abilities, lower his intelligence, nix any special drow poison and equipment...that should get him down to 15 XP. He'll basically be a drow in name only. He can keep his infravision, sunlight penalties and reaction adjustments, as those don't affect XP anyway.
So it boils down to his equipment. If you want him to be a heavy footman, that'll be 2 gp a month.

And various info about Zemora: she was born on 05/11/292. Height 5'8''. Weight 150 lbs. Neutral Evil in aligment.
She wears a dark-burgundy off-the-shoulder dress with black ankle boots and long black fingerless gloves that almost cover the lenght of her forearms, while her long white hair are mostly left free with except for two braids at the side of her head.
Languages: Drow, Daemon, Umbran...and that's it? I don't think I get more but in case I'll take Ignan.
And that's it, I think?
