(OOC:  I'm not sure I understand your question.  Assuming nobody gets in her way, Chispa can reach the door in one round, but Ha-Yun will be blocking her by that point.  Even without her pack, she won't have enough movement to pass through both Ha-Yun and Farmer 03.)

Chispas movement is 25(-10 encumbrance) to get to the spot immediately south of 3, I count that as costing 15 ft, however hayun is now there so that is difficult terrain making it cost a total of 20ft with the inability to end there. Therefore by dropping pack, chispa would no longer be encumbered and if moving from the spot directly south of 3 to the spot directly east of 3 doesn't require moving through 3's space because of diagonal movement then that seems feasible without dashing, but if it requires going through 3's space because doorway, then that doesn't seem possible even with dashing. Therefore, the question is does 3 block the doorway?
And to bishgada, have you considered dropping your pack to gain that other 10ft of movement to accomplish your goals without using your actions to dash?

Ha-Yun rushes up to the door and smacks the crazed farmer in the back of the head with the pommel of her dagger.  Chispa rushes up to join her, as does Seeboe who smacks the same farmer with a thorny whip he conjures from the ground, before moving aside and casting a new spell that makes his staff glow.

Meanwhile, the three remaining farmers ignore the newcomers and focus instead on the one who triggered their rage--Vulpi.  Each strikes at the elf with their farm implements, bloodying them.  Vulpi fights back and manages to knock out the farmer blocking the doorway, thus only leaving two remaining.

Ha-Yun moves 10 feet toward the room.  She swings the pommel of her dagger non-lethally at Farmer 03 [AC 12] (1d20+4):  11+4 = 15, hit for (1d4+2):  1+2 = 3 damage.
Chispa moves 10 feet toward the room.  The way is blocked.
Zencho dodges.
Seeboe drops his pack and moves 15 feet west.  He then casts Thorn Whip at Farmer 03 [AC 12] (1d20+4):  18+4 = 22, hit for (1d6):  2 damage.  Farmer 03 is unable to move toward Seeboe so remains where he is.  Seeboe then moves 5 feet northwest and casts Shillelagh as a bonus action.
Farmer 04 is unconscious.

Ha-Yun moves into the room, swinging the pommel of her dagger at one of the farmers, but missing.  Chispa has to squeeze through past her to even reach a spot, but has no time to attack.  Seeboe steps inside next, climbing up on top of the counter and then using thorn whip on one of the farmers, which causes him to collide with Ha-Yun, almost knocking her over.  The gnome then tries to heal Vulpi a bit.

The two remaining farmers both attack Vulpi, still focused on them.  One hits for a glancing blow, while another misses.  Vulpi counters with the flat of their blade, but the weapon is deflected by a scythe.

Seeboe moves 5 feet east, 5 feet north and climbs onto the counter to the east. He then casts Thorn Whip at Farmer 02 [AC 12] (1d20+4): 16+4 = 20, hit for (1d6): 4 damage. Farmer 01 is unable to move toward Seeboe so remains where he is. Seeboe then uses Balm of the Summer Court on Vulpi as a bonus action, restoring (1d6):  5 HP and granting 1 temporary HP.  Vulpi improves to moderately wounded.
Farmer 04 is unconscious.

Chispa looks at the mindless farmers with worry and depression that in order to help them they must harm them first. Encouraged by her friends actions she tries again to knock down the farmer on the west side of the room.
