I did say I can't draw well, guys. Geez. Try this one. I made the landmasses bigger, and tried to alter the shape of the poo one. Attachments:

My second problem, which I didn't articulate before, is that all of the landmasses are much too close together. There's not even an ocean separating them from their neighbor.

Well, the question is then, do they really need entire oceans between them? Is having the landmasses so close together going to cause problems down the road for us as a gaming setting?
(Also, remember, a hex is 500 miles wide. So these landmasses are still hundreds of miles apart from each other.)

I do think that having all of the major landmasses in one half of the globe would be a mistake. Keep in mind that the Black Sea is only 700 miles in length. 500 miles is not really that large a barrier.

Hmm, I only see one area where landmasses are at least one hex away from each other. Most of them are 2-4 hexes, which means 1-2 thousand miles.

Despite the fact that you haven't actually explained why having the landmasses be relatively close to each other is a 'big mistake,' I redrew the map anyway, moving things around a bit. How's this? Attachments:

Hmm... I don't know if I like that better.
I guess what's bugging me, and it's difficult to articulate, is that there's nothing here that really differentiates this map from a map of Earth, except for maybe plate tectonics. I feel like there should be some sort of "fantasy geography" that you absolutely wouldn't find on a mundane world.

Like what? Flying islands or something?

We probably don't need to worry about that. This is fine as a skeleton, I suppose.

I like the second one the best.

Actually, I kind of like the idea of some floating islands now. They could be populated by aarakocra or averial...or, dragons. Ooh, or maybe some kind of beholder nation. Or perhaps there's a powerful archmage up there, looking down on the world from his tower.
