Oh, there's no saving throw. Cap would be just as susceptible as anyone.
Vision would probably be immune, though, being an artificial lifeform. Good call on Iron man's remote suits, too. But that assumes Stark knows who Kilgrave is and knows to keep his distance. If Kilgrave got the jump on them, Vision would be the only one left unaffected. He'd have to fight all of his own teammates.
Luckily, Kilgrave never seemed that ambitious.

Of course there is a will save, Daos  it just takes the Cap'n to pass it. Like I said, we're only a few episodes in! He might get scarier as we go. |

Snacs and I have started watching Jessica Jones. He is mostly upset that Kilgrave is really bad at using his power Listen, it's incredibly dumb for someone with the ability to mind control people to just have them kill themselves/do things they don't think they want to do. It's infuriating seeing a good power used so poorly with no real repercussions. Either way me and Ezeze are finally clearing through the netflix marvel-log together. we finished Daredevil season 1, and we've watched the first episode or two of JJ as she said. I also watched Alien:Covenant, which seemed to take all the things I disliked about Prometheus and expand on them |

Well...it's like Professor X...why does anyone tolerate him to live? He's the most dangerous dude on the planet. He's a terrorist, and he trains children to be soldiers/weapons. It's bonkers...it's also bonkers that he doesn't just rewrite people to do what he wants...or maybe he did cause the X issiues are what entertain him?

Well, I got that. I was just using his comment to spout my Anti-Xavier rhetoric. Xavier is seriously scummy...especially 'X-men the Animated Series'.
Maybe Kilgrave lacks imagination? He obviously never played D&D.

See, I can't really address any of these questions/concerns about Kilgrave without spoiling the show, so...
And I'm no expert on the comics, but from what I've heard, Xavier has manipulated people in that manner. Like making Wolverine less anti-social.
If you want to rag on Xavier, though, I'd focus my energy on him being an old perv. He had a serious thing for Jean way back in the early days (when the X-Men consisted of like five people and Jean called herself 'Marvel Girl'). She was still a teenager then!

He erases cyclops memory of a previous xmen team, erases memory of Scott's brother, erases Beast from the minds of all his family and friends, is responsible for the craziness that is Legion...so many things. |

Maybe Kilgrave lacks imagination? He obviously never played D&D. The show feels pretty allegorical, so i think it's on purpose that Kilgrave is kind of dumb and blatant. It's just kind of annoying that someone who can make anyone he wants want whatever he tells them to want with a 12-hour or so time limit would so poorly put it to use.(That and The Marvel netflix shows seem to have a problem with characters getting stupid when plot demands them to be stupid- I'm looking at You Wesley(RIP best character) |
