It would be funny if an actual knight joined the party, along with our fake knight. Skirr right now:

Question about the Crown, Sword & Rose kits ... can you take one, then abandon it when, or if you qualify for the next? Or would i need to both qualify for, and wait until 9th level to qualify for Knight of the Rose?

Normally, once you abandon a kit you can't take another one, but in this case, I do make an exception. At 32k XP, as a fighter, you'd start at 6th level, so you could start as a Knight of the Sword, and then once you reach 7th level, assuming you qualify, you can then swap up to Knight of the Rose once you complete your trials.

Ok, I think I've got the base concept, I'll be playing Vaeleris, the woman whose line Caelin is decended from. A Knight if the Sword, until such time as she was injured and deemed unable to perform her duties. Removed from the Order, she remained active as a soldier, devoted to a noble king, himself a member of the Order, and an advocate to have her re-admitted despite the injury received in the line of duty. {Reference Image}

Alright, so if I am figuring this out correctly; I've got 4 Wpn proficiencies, plus 2 for 6th level, so 6 total, and 3 Non Wpn Proficiencies, plus 2 for 6th level, so 5 total. I gain an additional 3 proficiences, either Weapon or Non Weapon due to my 12 Intelligence. As a Myrmidon I gain a free Wpn Specialization with a weapon of my choice, and Military History, Firebuilding for free. So, currently it looks like this; Wpn Proficiences:- Tight Group: Long Blades (2 slots)
- Wpn Pro: Crossbow, Heavy (1 slot)
- Wpn Pro: Handaxe (1 slot)
- Wpn Spec: Bastard Sword (Free - Myrmidon)
- Wpn Mastery: Bastard Sword (1 Slot)
- Style Spec: Sword & Shield (2 slots)
Non Wpn Proficiences:- Ambidexterity (1 Slot)
- Ancient History, Intelligence 11- (Free - Myrmidon)
- Endurance, Con 16- (2 Slots)
- Etiquette, Charisma 15- (1 Slots)
- Fire-building, Wisdom 13- (Free - Myrmidon)
- Heraldry, Intelligence 12- (1 Slot)
- Riding, Wisdom 17- (1 slot)
- Singing, Charisma 15- (1 slot)
So, as I am Specialized in Bastards swords, assuming I am equipped Bastard Sword & Medium Shield, I would be able to have an attack rate of 3/2, at a bonus of +3 to hit & +4 damage due to Weapon Mastery and my 16 Strength. Additionally, I would be able to either Shield Bash, or Parry with my shield once a round, normally at -2 Primary, -4 Offhand, however, due to spending a 2nd slot on Sword & Shield, it is now, -2 & -2, which Ambidexterity brings down to +0/+0.
I'm fairly happy with that I think it makes me competant in a fight, and gives me some versatility, though I may pick up Medium Shield Proficiency at 9th to counteract my Dex penalty to AC.
Now, let's see how frail I am going to be with Max HP's at 1st level, I need to roll an additional 5d10 to determine my starting HP's ... here goes!
ds9kY|_45d10
That 1 hurts, but 40 base, plus a Con adjustment of 12 gives me 52, which isn't bad. Now for equipment, plate mail, medium shield, bastard sword, crossbow, handaxe, dagger, and some other stuff. Probably nothing Masterwork, that is something to work towards. Also, I will catch up on the summaries, to better tie her into the current situation. 5d10

Korialanius (Kori)'s stats will be:
5 Strength 13+1 Dex 11-1 Con 17 Int 13 Wis 9 Cha
And her House NWP will be Masonry.

Just a couple of thoughts off the top of my head: I am not familiar with Weapon Mastery, but I think that's from the Player's Options stuff, right? I don't use any of those books (with one exception; the Cure Moderate Wounds spell in Spells and Magic). You can see a list of which splatbooks I use and which parts of them here (the third segment down). Also, stonemasonry is based on STR-2, meaning that Korialanius will be terrible at it (success is only possible on a 3 or less on a 1d20). Is that okay?

Oh, that's a shame. I thought it was Complete Fighters but I guess I'm mistaken. I forgot how badly humans are boned in this edition, and was trying to find an edge.
That's another feat for me to spend though, can I specialize in Shields for a +1/+3 with Shield Punch or Parry?

As far as I can tell, you can only put up to two slots into Weapon and Shield Style, which you've already done, so it doesn't appear so.
Edit: Maybe proficiency in lances, since she used to be a knight?

Also, stonemasonry is based on STR-2, meaning that Korialanius will be terrible at it (success is only possible on a 3 or less on a 1d20). Is that okay? The backstory I have for her is that her father was an engineer, and imparted on her his philosophy of using tools to reduce busy-work and increase efficiency, which she interpreted as "learn magic and never work a day of your life again." So, Stonemasonry made the most sense from a story perspective. I expect Carpentry is also Strength-based, and none of the other skills looked very engineer-y to me. EDIT: Perhaps Weaving/Seaming? I'd guess those would use Dexterity.

Masonry still works, you suck at *building* a wall, but could probably act as a foreman for a team of laborers. You might not be able to create a castle's battlements, but you might be able to spot shoddy craftsmanship and target that weak spot with a Fireball.

You might not be able to create a castle's battlements, but you might be able to spot shoddy craftsmanship and target that weak spot with a Fireball. Hmm, maybe. The little notes on it say you can supervise workers, but mentions nothing about noticing wall quality. And besides, there's unlikely to be a moment in the campaign where we desperately need a foreman. Plus, Kori's philosophy doesn't really involve many Fireballs. What combat magic she does have would mostly be limited to buffing spells--getting other people to do the hard work.

There is an actual Engineering NWP, that is INT-3. It can be used for designing and building fortresses and siege craft. So maybe a branch of House Protector?

So, if I understand the NWP rules correctly (which is unlikely), I get 11 NWPS: 4 from being a Wizard, 6 from my Intelligence, and 1 because of NWP Level Progression. I'm afraid I still don't quite understand how many spells I get, aside from getting a Second Level and a Third Level no strings attached. Which, in Kori's case, will be ESP and Suggestion.
Also, does my intelligence give me 6 Languages AND 6 NWPS, or 6 "slots," for a combination of Languages and NWPs?
