Okay, so I suggest that we find the room where Imirch and Senllip broke into to see if it is still boarded up. Either way, I think we are going to need someone to cast silence, most likely on Kalana since she will probably be the one breaking the boards off the window. Hopefully, the silence spell will work on the boards so it doesn't make any sounds. Once inside, we go, room by room, kill off the slaadi there rescue the people, and have them climb down the rope from the empty room. Though, Kalana wants to get her stuff back, so they are going to have to find that too (and her stuff is probably downstairs honestly).

sounds like a decent plan to me. Equipment note for Brax he'll grab his rope to bring with on this mission in his pack if it can fit if not he can tie it around the outside of the pack.

Just the rope?  Is he leaving the wheelbarrow and the rest of the gear in it behind?

The rope in addition to what he is already carrying. Most of the other stuff is extra money, or a second waterskin. I'm certainly not having him cart around a wheelbarrow, with a chest full of his extra stuff like oil flasks for a lantern. Pushing that around when our goal is "quiet" I think not.

Okay, I moved the rope from his wheelbarrow to his backpack.  He is now in moderate encumbrance, but as he is a dwarf, he only suffers the penalties for light encumbrance (his movement rate drops to 4).

Oh, I'm sorry for not making this clearer, but I wanted Kallian to stow her backpack at the ship, leaving behind the non-combat stuff and half of her sling bullets. That should take her encumbrance down a little.

Alright, I moved Kallian's rations, waterskin, canon and half her sling bullets to the ship.  That leaves her at Moderate Encumbrance (MV 6, -1 hit).

According to the PHB, opening a lock takes 1d10 rounds.  There are 4 rounds of silence remaining.  So I'll roll here to see if the silence spell is still intact by the time Senllip finishes.
