(OOC: I too never said YOU said that. That is what the bandits were demanding I was not submitting to it. I offered for them to give up and let us go in my own way they refused not sure what more negotiating you thought you might do.)

Moved the strictly OOC posts over to this thread. But nonetheless, I suggest we all just drop it. What's done is done. Nobody died, the party was victorious, so I don't see this worth arguing and causing bad blood over.

Should I just move things forward then?

I don't see anything about turning undead or the inability to in the priesthood for Uncle Trapspringer. thoughts?

I've been going over all my resources, and I'm leaning toward no, based on two things:
1.) The priest of Uncle Trapspringer class has Good Combat Abilities (as defined in the Complete Priest's Handbook, meaning he can use any armor and a good selection of weapons) and numerous granted powers (including no encumbrance) already.
2.) There's nothing in the lore about Trapspringer having any dislike or particular enmity toward the undead. All of the abilities he grants to his priests seem more related to travel than anything else.

FYI, I'm heading out on a weekend break with the family later this afternoon. We'll be back Sunday afternoon. I won't be bringing my laptop and posting from my phone is a hassle, so I'll probably only be posting sporadically, if at all.

I'm confused by the combat. I know I wrote that Malavar would wait for the enemy to close, but by that I only meant that he wasn't going to move forwards to attack. How come he didn't get to act before the skeleton that attacked him?

I assumed you meant he was holding his turn until a skeleton moved into melee range. Once one did, he attacked.

Well yes, he was holding insofar as he was staying in place, but that shouldn't affect the initiative order, should it? He was always going to attack as soon as the possibility presented itself.
