Sure! I love Wild Sorcerer!
In fact, I love it so much, (if everyone is cool with it) I can add a house rule that I can always make you roll a d20 to see if Magic Surge happens, instead of only when you roll a 1.

two general concepts- badass looking character- drow, tiefling something like that, but everything go wierd and wild around him.
Or wild destrucive force pressed into something small- kobold, goblin or something like that.

Drow and Tiefling both fit pretty well mechanically, but Tiefling may be a bit more powerful, due to fire resistance. Of course, kobolds and goblins are always fun, though I'm afraid I've never ran or played in a game with one.

oh. Marvelouse. His master started to expriement on him, and he didn't liked it, so he is escaped. More or less. But he is looking for someone, or porpuse to serve- but he always chased away when things are getting wild. Also, his master is hunting for him. Would such concept work? It relativly basic, but I think it can work? |

Oh. That would be great. Though, I oocly know very little about the Elemental Cult, but mybe Rigor himself just sticked to his duties and didn't worried his little head about "big dragon" problems. Also... Is there any chance mfov.magehandpress.com/2015/07/kobold.html?m=1This version of the race will be allowed? I think it was released before the offical version |

I guess so, but you're also free to play the official version, but without the Strength penalty.

I am actually ok with the minus, I think it's something 5e missing.
Just the grovel bother me a bit,but I guess that with minion like character I can make it work.
