Kendrivel searches the hall for any pressure plates or hidden pits, but doesn't find anything suspicious. Meanwhile, Malavar takes a moment to heal up Drezden a bit.
Zedd looks over the murals, looking a bit like an art patron at an exhibit trying to find the meaning in the work.

Drezden feels a bit better "Well that's better though I'm starting to think I should have just downed the entire thing. Eh well I'll try and save it for later."

Kendrivel inspects the end of the corridor... ==== Did he make it all the way to the end without finding any traps? What does the end of the corridor look like, a turn, a door? A penguin on a brass pedestal? He'll be very excited for the latter, and will tip an imaginary top hat to it if there is one such tuxedo-bird

Searching an entire hall for traps takes time, but eventually Kendrivel makes it to the end, where it opens up into a much larger chamber. As he approaches this room, globes of red light above his head activate, bathing the chamber in a scarlet glow. More of the crimson globes sway lazily from the domed ceiling of this chamber. Cracks run across the surface of the plaster, making a beautiful pattern in the stone. Nevertheless, it appears secure. The first thing noticeable in this chamber is a huge silver circle, 30 feet in diameter, that has been inlaid into the stone floor. A large sun symbol is set into its center. Eight round, shallow depressions encircle the outer edge of the symbol, and each depression nearly touches a ray from the sun. Ten small alcoves are set into the walls, five each on the north and south sides of the chamber. A glint in the darkness of each alcove catches the kender's eye. When he moves closer to inspect the alcoves, he finds a golden three foot tall pot in each one. A message appears to have been melted into the silver door to the west. In Common, it reads: "Some decisions are more lasting than others." Beneath the writing on the door is a strange symbol. =============== (OOC: If you wish to try and identify the symbol, roll a 1d10.)

Once Kendrivel has made it safely down the corridor, Malavar moves after him, carefully checking the right hand wall for any secret or concealed doors.
" Dallion80, perhaps you could search the other wall? I would hate to be surprised by sudden foes issuing from hidden sally ports," he says.

Kendrivel feels like he has seen the symbol before, or maybe one like it, somewhere at some point in his life. But he cannot recall where, or what it means.
Malavar searches the wall on the right, but finds nothing that would suggest there's a secret door here.
Zedd looks over the alcoves and the silver sun in the middle of the room. "What do you make of all of this? Some kind of puzzle?"

Meanwhile, Dallion searches the left wall for anything suspicious or interesting. But like Malavar, he finds nothing unusual.

OOOOOHHhhh! i LOVE PUZZLES! K-man rushes over to where Zed is and tries to discern any differences between the images not already detailed. He will also try to touch the glowy swords and red orbs

Sadly, the red glowing orbs are floating up near the ceiling, out of reach of the kender. Which is too bad, because they sure look like they'd be fun to touch.
Looking at the murals carefully, especially the swords, Kendrivel does notice a key difference not already mentioned. On the southern wall, on the tiles surrounding the sword, are etched a series of letters that spell out the word 'giventhar.'

Drezden apparently in a daze shakes his head and says "I'll help." he will try and help search. The dwarf will help both Malavar and Dallion using his dwarf abilities to detect sliding/shifting walls/rooms.

The next hour passes uneventfully. Zedd spends this time keeping an eye on the entrance that they came in through, expecting the Zhents to follow. But they do not, which seems to concern him. "I suppose they have no need to come in after us. We have to come out sooner or later, and they'll be waiting," the half-orc notes.
Kendrivel searches the entire room for traps, but finds none. There seems to be no way to continue other than trying to solve the puzzle.
Drezden looks carefully over both walls, slowly, but finds no evidence that any of the walls shift or slide.

Drezden searches the north wall for shifting or sliding walls (1d6): 2, pass. Drezden searches the south wall for shifting or sliding walls (1d6): 4, pass. Kendrivel searches the room for traps (1d100): 11, pass. z9HPOUrq1d100 1d100
