I could use some help with my religions.
I've discussed the Elonnori, which is the main faith of the area. I figure the default domain for clerics of that faith is Nature, but there could be arguments for other domains, as well, such as Life, Grave, Tempest or Light.
Some of the neighboring faiths, though, don't fit into any one domain particularly well.
To the north (where British Columbia would be) are the viking-like raiders (still haven't come up with a name for them yet). They worship a number of 'spirits' with the most popular one being the Raven. The Raven is a trickster deity, and can be something of a petty, greedy jerk at times and playful and benevolent at other times. So the Trickery domain seems a perfect fit. I could also see them taking Nature, Tempest or even War, given their constant raiding.
To the south (where California would be) is a massive Celestial Empire, and their primary faith was started by their original emperor. It's called The Golden Ways, or sometimes Eurekism. It involves the study of philosophical writings by a number of Great Teachers known as Gurus. Adherents seek enlightenment through meditation and discussion of said writings. There are four schools of thought, or 'ways' that one can follow. There's the Way of the Dove, who seek peace and prosperity (Life, Harmony); there's the Way of the Tome, who seek knowledge and wisdom (Knowledge); the Way of the Sword, who love battle and wish to spread the faith at the tip of the blade (War), and the Way of the Shadow, who desire 'pragmatic' methods of acquiring and consolidating power (Trickery).
But then things get tricky.
To the west, where Idaho would be, there are two major faiths. The first is Chrysalism. They believe that a single divine being known as the Great Spirit personally guides the fates of everything and everyone. They believe one can directly communicate with and receive blessings from this Great Spirit through the use of Chrysalis, a native cactus plant that is highly hallucinogenic. They believe Chrysalis gives them holy visions that are meant to guide them on their path in life.
The other faith are the Trailwalkers. They believe in an omnipresent spiritual plane called the Frontier, ruled by a pantheon headed by the Almighty Spirit of the West. The mortal plane, which they call the Range, was created as a gift to mankind. But in return for this gift, mankind is expected to 'follow the trails' (i.e., obey the teachings of the faith).
The best I can come up with for either of those is just Nature, again.
If this was for a 2E game, I'd say Chrsalists would be Prophecy/Fate priests and Trailwalkers would be Traveler priests, but with 5E, I'm not too sure.
