Here’s the double roll: 7qli1MmV1d1001d100
And here’s the side effect: 1d100
…and the double roll reroll: 1d100
Uh, that’s two of the same result. Can that be doubled, or do I reroll again?1d100·1d100·1d100·1d100

Let's see...the 58 is 'lizardlike tail.' So yeah, unless you want them to have two tails, I guess you'd reroll that other one again.
As for the side effect, that's 'odd skin composition results in base AC of 1d6+3.'

Ooh, I kind of like the idea of two tails. But I’ll go ahead and reroll. 5cpEkVb71d100 And my AC roll: 1d61d100·1d6

Okay, the final appearance trait is red eyes. Cool.
And base AC is 5. That's really good, especially for a Bard who cannot normally wear armor.

Sorry this was a very hectic day today at work almost didn't get a lunch break. Crazy time with school starting back up next week and in-services for staff the first 3 days of next week. So IT guy is running around a bit nutso. At any rate, if you noticed my "house rules" did also list only 2 methods for stat rolls so really I should say Tristen you need to use one of those two. But I'm not that kind of DM. If you wanted to go super old school and roll 3d6 I'm not going to stop you there bud. As for the asking about Tiefling as a bard I certainly am fine in allowing it. Also big Thank you Daos for helping answer questions while I was unable to do so today.
Yeah, it was meant as an Homage to old-school gaming in honor of the B series. I know the 'method 1' you listed above is 4d6 drop lowest but when Jaded and Gravity did in-order i just couldn't resist btb method 1: 3d6 in order. Besides, i think it worked out. He should make a decent fighter. The elven boost to bows and swords+specialization will give him some good 'chops' (pun intended) and the 2-wep fighting and ambidexterity should make him a whirlwind of steel

Yeah, I was originally going to say your new character seemed like a step down from Tristen, but that Weapon Specialization makes all the difference.
Anyway, back to my character:
STR 8 DEX 12 CON 13 INT 15 WIS 12 CHA 14
Kind of ironic, but looking at this array, I'm really best suited for Mage. Even though I just finished playing one, and his stats were actually slightly better than this, but oh, well. That's how the dice fall.
So my choices are Aquatic Elf Mage, Dark Elf Mage, Grey Elf Mage, High Elf Mage, Wood Elf Mage, Human Mage, Fremlin Mage, Finback Mage, Flyer Mage, Aasimar Mage, Female Bariaur Wizard, Air Genasi Mage, Fire Genasi Mage, Water Genasi Mage, Githzerai Mage, Planar Half-Elf Mage, Planar Human Mage, and Tiefling Mage.
We can rule out Aquatic Elf. They get an INT penalty and it would be too much of a hassle to keep them from drying out.
We can rule out Dark Elf, too. Sure, Drow get an INT bonus, and lots of cool powers, but I imagine playing one--even a Good or Neutral one--would probably be more trouble than it's worth. Especially with a High Elf in the party! (And that 20% extra XP cost is nothing to sneeze at, either.)
Grey Elf could be interesting. They get +2 INT/+1 DEX, but -2 CON/-1 STR. That's not too bad, and I'd have INT 17. But they suffer from an extra 15% XP cost, so maybe not worth it.
High Elf can probably be ruled out. The DEX bonus won't change anything, and we already have a High Elf in the party anyway.
Wood Elves are claustrophobic, and I'm guessing this game will have a dungeon or two. Plus, they get no INT mod.
Humans are humans. Nothing special there, but always worth considering as a default. Half-Elves are the same, although they get a few special abilities. But I just finished a Half-Elf Mage so not really wanting to do that again.
Now Fremlin gets a +2 DEX/+1 INT, but suffer a -3 to STR, which would drop my strength to 5. Yeesh. The DEX bonus doesn't really do anything for me, though. I do get base AC of 6, am considered T sized (1' tall), can fly (class B) and probably most importantly, I am completely immune to all non-magical weapons. Wowzers.
Finheads get no ability score adjustments, but get base AC 5. While Flyers get +2 DEX/-1 STR and CON and base AC 6. Both get infravision, get natural attacks (claws and tail for Finheads, claws and bite for Flyers), +2 against sound attacks and Flyers can fly (class C). But they have to use special Saurial weaponry, gas/scent attacks affect then more, they can't deal with prolonged cold weather and probably worst of all, they can't speak any languages. They communicate solely with pheromones. That could be annoying to deal with, so nah.
Aasimar don't get +1 STR/WIS and -2 CON (or alternatively, +1 CHA/WIS and -2 CON), have infravision, +1 to surprise checks, take half damage from fire and cold attacks, and get a +2 save against any spell that affects the mind (charm, fear, etc.). Alternatively, instead of fire/cold resistance, they can cast Detect Lie, Detect Evil or Light once a day instead. No INT bonus, though, so nah.
I don't qualify for male Bariaurs, but I could play a female one. That'd give me a +1 INT/WIS and -1 STR/DEX., infravision, a movement rate of 15, +2 to surprise checks and +3 to spell saves. Being L-sized might be an issue if there are dungeons, though, so maybe not.
I could be any kind of Genasi. Air Genasi get +1 INT/DEX and -1 WIS/CHA, can cast Levitate once a day, get a +1 to air based spells. Earth Genasi get +1 STR/CON but -1 WIS/CHA, can cast Pass Without Trace once a day and get a +1 save against earth attacks. Fire Genasi get a +1 INT/-1 CHA, get infravision and can cast Affect Normal Fires once a day, and get a +1 save against fire attacks. Water Genasi can breathe underwater, swim with a movement rate of 15, get +1 CON/-1 CHA, and can cast Create Water once a day and get a +1 against water attacks. So maybe for Air or Fire, as they get INT bonuses.
Githzerai get +1 INT/DEX and -1 STR/WIS. They get infravision and cannot be Lawful in alignment. Kind of boring, so nah.
Planar Half-Elves and Planar Humans are mechanically identical to Prime ones, so I'll drop them.
Tieflings get +1 INT/CHA and -1 STR/WIS, and several special abilities (or random ones), but we already have one in the party so I'll probably skip that one.
So that leaves Human Mage, Fremlin Mage, Air Genasi Mage, and Fire Genasi Mage.

Yeah, that’s the equivalent of a 15 AC in 5E—and that’s WITHOUT armor! And I just realized: I have red eyes, a lizard tail, resistance to acid, and scaly skin? I think I know what my character concept is… In fact, I’m really tempted to call her King Gizzard, the Lizard Wizard.

Yes same free basic equipment is granted. Lol yes Lizard Queen is approved Daos I'd have no issue with a Genasi in the group. I kind of like Genasi played a earth one that liked to appear like he was a dwarf made of stone. The elf options you mentioned were used in my first run of the game had a High Elf, Dark Elf and a Grey Elf in the group it was almost entirely elves to start with, along with a lone Dwarf and Human. Yes starting in the same place I did last time I ran these in B11 King's Festival you do start in a town, in the usual game trope of a tavern/inn in Stallenford but do end up in a dungeon. I will also inform that I am changing some of the encounters as I did with my original group.

We should all play loyal retainers of Queen Gizzard oh, both nwp and lang get the int bonus? I should pick more languages then... How about Sylvan, goblin and... would you allow infernal or Genasi?
Daos and Gravity, shall we say we three have been adventuring together before? I kind of like the idea

Whoops! I forgot that those NWP slots are one of Daos’ house rules…
Anyway, I’m happy for us to have been buddies for a while. GreyWolf, how are Tieflings treated in this setting, by the way? Inhuman monsters, like classic 2E? Normal people, like 5E? Or somewhere in between?

It's not a house rule, it's an optional rule from the PHB (pg. 16). I can't remember if Greywolf uses it or not, though.
Anyway, after sleeping on it, I decided to change my mind and just keep Daos anyway. I started to question the point of creating an entirely new mage when I already have one. Besides, he's almost to level 3, so I might as well keep on with him for now. (Not sure any incarnation of him has ever seen third level spells before, but maybe this one will see second level spells some day).
But yeah, we can say they used to be friends. Canonically, in his backstory, Daos had several adventures prior to Hommlet in the city of Verbobonc, so maybe that's where they met? Maybe that's why they're heading toward Stallanford in the first place, for some kind of reunion? And Roshek is just tagging along with Daos because after Tristen, Narya, Hekras and Q went their own way, he had nowhere else to go. Or maybe he was heading that way anyway for some other reason.

No on the infernal. But yes the bonus applies to both languages and NWP from INT score. So in answering Daos about remembering if I allow it or use it the answer is yes. Whoops! I forgot that those NWP slots are one of Daos’ house rules… Anyway, I’m happy for us to have been buddies for a while. GreyWolf, how are Tieflings treated in this setting, by the way? Inhuman monsters, like classic 2E? Normal people, like 5E? Or somewhere in between? I'm not really going BTB here in the setting. I'm going to say much like current day Toril most of these newer races are treated as if they are semi-normal to see now though some maybe still slightly untrusting of them mostly due to their appearance they are not treated with hostility in a fair number of locations like the smaller town of Stallanford they are a bit more open and accepting of folk.
