"Not in Education, Employment or Training." It's a semi-derogatory term for a young person who does nothing but stay in their apartment all day and play video games - no school, no work, no plans to work in the future - especially Japanese young people because a variety of social forces have resulted in a huge number of them cropping up overnight in that country. Daos is not a NEET. He's tipped his hand too far for that; we know he has a job If that show doesn't cause a visceral reaction in you, your not even human. It floors me how good at acting those kids are. Kids!? No. No. I'm having feelings over the perfect man.Bob. Bob Newman is the perfect man. Though Steve gets pretty close, too. I hope Nancy realizes that she never deserved Steve.

Ah, I see. I'm kind of like one of those: outside of my homeschool work, my weekly classes, and spending quality time with my family, I do little but watch TV and play video game with my brothers. On second thought, I'm not like that at all.

My fiancée agree on your assessment of Bob. He's her favorite character this season. Steve gets on some serious Bro Tier stuff.

I did say 'practically' a NEET. I have a job, but I hate it. And if Washington ever implements UBI, I would have to actively try to not become a full time NEET.

Oh, oh man I've got some opinions on UBI. Mostly that it's a damn shame that half the country is so pathologically opposed to anyone getting anything for free ever that a system that could fix a dozen of the US's most pressing fucking problems can't get any political traction.

Solving problems?! Where's the profit in that??
(Disclaimer: I'm a proponent of UBI, attempting to use sarcasm to make a point)

I can see the general benefit of UBI. I collect a disability check from the VA every month which is more than enough to cover living. I would be comfortable, nothing more so I still work.
I am sure this isn't the forum to get into the nitty gritty of all that, but I can see it being good...I also think the country would rather nuke itself then give people a "free ride". America...Fuck Yeah!
Also...Gonto is not making a solid case for awesome hood. No free will?!!?!!?

Bruh, it's so good it's ridiculous. Not to mention the show opens in kids playing our favorite game! Fireballs for the win.

Not to mention the show opens in kids playing our favorite game! ...Smash Bros? Anyway, I'm not allowed to watch anything rated above PG, so my range of access is a bit limited.

...Smash Bros? Anyway, I'm not allowed to watch anything rated above PG, so my range of access is a bit limited. They're playing D&D in the first scene of episode 1, season 1. AD&D 1st edition, from what I can tell. The first season takes place in 1983, when that edition would have been relatively new.

Personally, Super Smash Brothers is my favorite game.

Will the Wise's green fireballs are doing some serious damage, if one can take out Demigorgon.

That is pretty impressive, since according to 1E rules, Demogorgon has 95% MR and 200 HP.
