This is the Strours Run OOC thread!
You start off with 3 Fate Points. Please track these, I will not. A quick refresh regarding how to get these and how they are used;
If the PC feels an aspect should act in their favor they can spend one of their Fate Points for a bonus (I'm attacking the zombie with Rob's "Heirloom Sword" I mention in his aspects. I'm going to spend a Fate Point for a +2 bonus!), to reroll if they roll poorly (I know I rolled a 'natural 1' against this Goblin, but this room has the "Brightly Lit" aspect! I can see well and their vision is blurred! I'm going to spend a Fate Point and reroll!) or to make fiat declarations about the scene (This street has the Aspect "crowded." Of course when I shout "Stop! Thief!" there is someone near by who can step in to help!).
Ideally nearly every aspect your character has will have both positive and negative connotations, which means you'll be able to use it to both gain and spend Fate Points.
In addition to being able to trade Fate Points back and forth with the GM you would be able to trade Fate points amongst yourselves (Brandy knows that Rob's "Heirloom Sword" is important to him. When she steals it and tells him that she will only give it back if he gives her his dessert she can give him a Fate Point to comply).
I'll say so when I feel like you've earned/have opportunity to spend a Fate Point, but you don't need to wait for me to notice if you feel like you have. That said, please explicitly state that you did either in the OOC thread or in an OOC note on your IC post. I'll try to confirm that you're kosher, but if I don't comment assume that I'm OK with what you have done.
I will be tracking experience. It's going to be earned group-wide. In 3.5 all classes take the same amount of experience to level, so you will be leveling at the same time - when I tell you to.

Each PC will start game with 3 Fate Points. Every time an aspect acts against a PC they gain a Fate Point. That can take the form of deciding a PC's actions for them (Sir Leonard has the "Defender of the Weak" aspect. Of course he steps in to protect the orphans!), forcing them to auto-fail a roll (Brandy has the "F*CK THE POLICE!" aspect. I will choose to auto-fail her Diplomacy roll with the watchman), or at my option I may offer a Fate Point either for good roleplaying or to tempt a PC to act in a certain way.
