"If no one minds, I'm going up the rope for some fresh air, light and rest. We can clean up this room a bit later if the idea of camping down here for the night still appeals," Malavar.
OOC: If Malavar does nothing but rest for the remainder of the day and sees to his own wounds, does that mean he recovers 5 hit points (3 standard, plus 2 from Healing NWP) by sometime tomorrow? If he also tends to Dallion, I assume Malavar would only recover 2 hit points (1 for light activity, plus 1 from Healing NWP)?

Dallion moves slowly and quietly. As they clean the room. That night he will study his spellbook preparing a spell to protect him.

Malavar climbs up the rope to find Krah, Jack, Maple and Onyx right where they were left. Krah approaches at the sight of the half-elf. "You have found what you were looking for?" he asks. Some grey clouds seem to be gathering on the horizon, but otherwise it's a nice enough day for Icewind Dale.
Dallion starts the clean up effort. The webbing is probably the most difficult thing to clean up, as it's everywhere and sticks to everything that touches it. There's also the matter of the cauldron surrounded by the circle on the floor. There's a strange feeling of power that seems to emanate from it.

Jaxle- Points to the Cauldrun. Is that thing safe? He starts helping Dallion cleanup.

Drezden shrugs his shoulders in response to Jaxle's question and climbs out to the topside for air and to see how the animals and Krah are doing.

"Not yet," Malavar answers Krah. "We found a room full of undead - skeletons animated by foul necromancy - and fought them. Dallion and I were struck down, but the others were victorious and were able to use potions I had in my pack to heal us somewhat," he winces. "Now I must rest then pray to Tempus for healing before we can continue the search."

Dallion slumps against a wall. "That was a small taste of what is hiding inside of this tower. We need to be prepared"

"That?" Taska asks, gesturing to the cauldron. "Looks old and dusty, but if we clean it up and get a fire going, maybe we can make a stew. Does anyone have any meat on them?"
Drezden climbs up to join Malavar and Krah and the animals. Malavar has just finished explaining the situation to Krah. "Dark magic, just as the old man said," he says. "This tower does seem an evil place after all."

Drezden "Yeah animated skeletons and some strange little flesh zombie like thing looked like it was a patch work zombie that was shrunk."

Krah just shakes his head in disgust. "I will never understand mages or those who create such abominations. The world would be better off without their ilk, always messing with natural law."

Drezden shakes his head agreeing with Krah "I tell you Krah you and I think very alike on that topic. It's not natural and I have never liked the animated dead. Dead should be left to be that way."

The party camps out for the rest of the day, into the night, and through the next morning, until it is mid-afternoon the next day. After such a long rest, Drezden, Jaxle and Taska are back at full fighting strength, and Jaxle in particular notices full feeling has returned to his poisoned hand. As Malavar looked after himself and Dallion through the twenty-four hour period, Dallion is nearly at full strength again, while Malavar is at about half strength.
==============
It is now Mirtul 22nd, around 3 PM.
Drezden heals 3 HP from a full day's rest. He is now fully healed. Jaxle heals 3 HP from a full day's rest. He is now fully healed. His hand is no longer injured. Dallion heals 3 HP from a full day's rest. He heals another 2 HP from the healing proficiency. He improves to lightly wounded. Malavar heals 1 HP from rest. He heals another 1 HP from the healing proficiency. He improves to seriously wounded. Taska heals 3 HP from a full day's rest.
(OOC: Casters can pick new spells for the day.)

Malavar prays to Tempus to heal himself and Dallion.
OOC: Picks 3x CLW and casts them on himself until he's at full health, then Dallion. Everyone else is at full health, right?
CLW #1 b01EExdd1d8
CLW #2 1d8
CLW #3 1d8
Edit: And BOOM, the dice roller is a fan of Malavar again. First CLW is sufficient to heal himself to full. Second heals Dallion. The third either goes to someone else who's injured or it never gets cast.

Calling upon Tempus for aid, Malavar heals himself entirely, then does the same for Dallion. Everyone is now back at full fighting strength, and the cleric has one last healing spell left over, just in case.
==============
Dallion memorizes Armor. Malavar memorizes CLWx3.
Malavar casts Cure Light Wounds on himself, restoring (1d8): 8 HP. He is now at full health. Malavar casts Cure Light Wounds on Dallion, restoring (1d8): 4 HP. He is now at full health.

Drezden heads over and opens the door into the first level of the tower and asks "How we doing down there we ready to continue?"
