"You didn't want to die," Ravarie points out with some sympathy towards Hunner. "I think even the most honorable succumb to that fear."

Skirr felt a tingle of self disgust. Hunner didn't ran away. He actually fought. Skirr has backstabbed him, after Hunner was poisoned and injured heavily.
But somehow Skirr's real cowardice played right in the role he made.
"You are kind, my fair lady. I am thankful." Hunner said grimmly. "How ever, honor is our life. "Est Solarus oth Mithas" we say." He pause. "A knight without honor, is as good as dead. Actually worse then one.'

"Thank you, Nonna. I'd like to speak to the cleric of Paladine first, if you don't mind." Gerrard proffers her a big massive grin. "And bring us both an ale, if you please."

"But you have a chance to regain that honor, so not all hope is lost," Ravarie says. She doesn't quite understand the whole concept of why losing one's honor is like death, but she hasn't really met a knight before either. "I think I'm going to see if there is anything I can do to help out on the ship," she says. She doesn't have sailing skills, but she wants to be useful in the very least.

"Thank you my fair lady.' Hunner said. Skirr felt... wierd. He should be proud of his deception skills, but instead he felt envy of the character of Hunner. Brave enough to admit his fears, charming enough to be sympathized. While Skirr, was a wimpy weakling who barely were tolerated for his facination with humans. "I do have hope. That why, I took this journey. Without a belief in redemption our world is lost. If the gods will will it, I shall get it.'

Nonna nods and goes to speak with the clerics while Gerrard takes a seat. The elven woman stands and moves to Gerrard's table. She is a Qualinesti with hair the color of golden autumn leaves, done up in braids, and eyes as blue as the sky on a clear day. She wears elven chain mail over her pristine white robes, has a shield with a sun emblem on its face slung over her back, and has an elaborate looking long sword on her hip. She looks Gerrard over, taking note of his own white robes, and nods to herself as if satisfied before taking a seat. Nonna arrives then with the two mugs of ale, sets them down, and walks off without even asking for payment.
"I am Nalaea," the elf says, "Revered Daughter of E'li. Before we begin, I wish to be upfront with you. I will not participate in any task that involves wrong-doing. If this is an issue, then say so now. Better to get it out of the way now, than once we are already on the job."

Despite her desire to help, Ravarie knows nothing of ships, the sea or navigation. Unfortunately, she winds up getting more in the way than anything else. Eventually, the captain has to ask her, politely, to stop 'helping.'
The day passes without further incident, as does the following day. Kava grows agitated from being confined to below decks for such an extended period of time. To the point that she starts squawking threateningly to any crewmen who venture down there. Some of the crew grow concerned, worried they might not be able to retrieve their cargo when they finally dock in Silvamori. Others seem a bit relieved that, should pirates attack, the cargo will at least be well protected.
On the morning of Rannmont 28th, the party spots something of interest ahead of the ship. They are coming up upon two ships, currently docked with each other. The smaller of the two appears to be a simple fishing boat. The second, much larger, looks closer to a large cargo vessel of some kind. It flies a flag bearing a griffon's wing insignia upon it.

"Elves?" Ravarie asks as she tries to get a better look at the two ships.

"No, not elven," Rathis says, recognizing the symbol. "That is Shinare's banner. But what are Shinarites doing here?" he wonders.

(OOC: Just realized I was waiting on Amarathis and he hasn't logged in 10 days, so I'll NPC his character for now.)

"The Winged One," Ravarie says softly. "She is known for commerce, so wouldn't they be doing business with that fishing vessel?" she asks.

Rathis gives a half-smile. "I am well aware of Shinare's connection to commerce," the paladin says. "But this fishing vessel looks so...dinky. I would think the church would have...how do the humans put it? 'Bigger fish to fry.'"

"Do you think that something is wrong then?" Ravarie asks.

Hunner laughed at the pun. "Well, if they are so kind as you say ma'am, nothing wrong with paying our respects."

Krixus heads to the area told to him by Nonna - looking to acquire a cart and perhaps a henchman to drive it.
