"That pool is to fix the ship," Kalana points out to Senllip. "We need every bit of coin we can get to get that ship as fixed up as possible. If only I had my money from the Tiaru," she says with a sigh.

Jaeron waves at the others and looks about "Some fine new clothes you have there." he says to the halfling as he sits to join them.

Kalana looks down at the bottle, and after all of the she just went through mentally, turning down a drink or two isn't a bad idea. "I don't think I've had Teufelstöter," she admits as she takes a seat. "You are oddly chipper, which is a drastic change from when you were speaking with the priest." "Just goes to show what a good drink and the absence of sanctimonious preachers can do for one's mood," Imrich chuckles as he pours Kalana a shot. " Prost!" he toasts and downs another shot.

"Well, we do need change... Each should have an equal small portion to live. Why should Imrich pay for us?" Senllip says as if explaining complex logic for the first time. "With better, non burnt, cloths we have better chance of getting new jobs, so consider it an investment." Senllip smiles and raise the mug of ale he bought.
====================================================== (OOC: I really don't get the criticism. We do need to eat, sleep and change burnt cloths. We do have money. From the 500gp we can give each small change. I guess it is under 5gp to pay for everyday needs for several days and in the worst case we will be down by 20gps still having 480gp for repairs. In any case we needed more money for the full repair.)

Jaeron listens to the back and forth and doesn't bother chiming in have very little to say about how funds are spent as it matters not to him. He sits down quietly.

Imrich is able to down the second shot without any problems, and remains completely sober.

Kalana toasts Imrich before she downs her own shot, but she is doing it for other reasons. Once done, she looks back to Senllip. "We wouldn't be able to make full repairs no. It was never my intention to make full repairs," she admits. "I wanted to hire a few people as well. Imrich has been kind enough to loan us what we need until we are in a better position to pay him back. But it looks like the rest of the money from the pool, so far, will go to repairing what we can of the ship. What we get from helping the refugees will go to hiring a crew, which will mean we will be broke again after that. Hopefully, we will find some more jobs once we set sail again."

Jaeron chimes in "I'm sure we can find something to do even if it is helping local farmers with their crops. I'll take on whatever work we can find to get the ship repaired."

"So... Let's continue with the Fayr hunt. Anyone visited the seers we paid for the research?" Once Kalana updates about the seers findings Senllip suggests, "I think we should check in the mage guild or the market for magic that can help us detect invisible creatures. In any case on night go to the refugee camp try to detect the Fayr activity and either kill it or track it and on day try to track his lair and draw it out for the fight where he would be more vulnerable."

"Why spend our money on a wizard when we have a cleric on hand. I've seen clerics of Gonto remove invisibility spells before - have you tried checking in with Gonto is he'll grant you the same power?" Imrich says with a look at Jaeron.
OOC: Before running off to secure outside help we should check what magic we have ourselves and how it might be useful in combating the feyr. For instance, I know that Jaeron can cast invisibility purge - that could help if the feyr uses a spell or spell-like power to become invisible, rather than being naturally invisible all the time like an invisible stalker.
Checking up on what Kalana was told, there's also no indication that a great feyr is hindered by daylight - it just doesn't like it much. So fighting it by day or night probably doesn't make much difference.
Tracking the feyr sounds next to impossible, but I found the most interesting part to be the bit about feyrs attaching themselves to a traumatised individual and following them around. Rose or Flinn seem like likely candidates.
Another avenue of investigation is to try and work out why only Kalana and Jaeron had nightmare. Maybe there's a connection between them and the refugees like Saren(?) suggested.

"I have to agree with Imrich here," Kalana says. "We have some of our own magic working on our side, so we should us it."

======================================= (OOC: I meant potions, scrolls and that stuff, not hire a mage. Anyway Invisibility Purge may be just the thing and you are right about sticking to Rose and once she points to air, cast it and finish the beast.)

Jaeron "The only spell I might be able to pray for to help with the invisibility is limited to a set space. Unlike some others I can use for other things it does not focus on me and go where I do. So we would have to plan this out for it to work in our favor. But yes Invisibility purge is out best beth through what I can offer."

"That little girl, Rose, seemed to be able to see this thing," Kalana points out to the group. "While I would hate to bring a little girl into the mix like this, if we can get her to point out the Feyr, then we shouldn't have a problem with cancelling out the Feyr's invisibility?"
