Benyt could only agree with Caelin, but saw the concern on others' faces. "He's right. But the townspeople aren't in immediate danger. If they're meant to work, they'll work until they've lost their strength. That's time for you to muster more resources."
She didn't say risking all their lives for one man was just plain stupid, but she thought positive agreement would get them all moving faster, and she wanted away from the camp with all due haste.

Henry - HP: 10\20 - Conditions: None - Active Effects: None
The squire doesn't seem to listen to the people around him, lost in toughts. When he finally speaks, there's pain and shame in his voice "Those prisoners - they are my people. I should protect them, I should save them from whatever fate this Cult has in store for them." Henry furiously scratches his head "But if we don't bring these informations to Nighthill and the rest of the Order, more people will end up in chains." then he sighs, a brief moment of silence "Has anyone a plan to save the prisoners? I'm willing to lay down my life, if it means giving them a chance for freedom. But I'm not willing to risk Leosin and his informations - otherwise all that happened in Greenest, all those death, would've been for naught."

"I'm afraid I don't have a specific plan," Eliana admits. "I was hoping that the guards would still be light at the entrance, but that isn't the case. Considering that the prisoners are doing hard labor at the moment, it might be too hard for them to climb out of here," she admits. "We're still unsure on how long they are going to be kept around too. I get the feeling they aren't done with all the people they have hired, but they are getting close."

Chantilly SweettoothHP: 19/19 - AC: 16 - Perception: 15 - Insight: 11 - Inspiration: No " I may have an idea." - Chantilly paused, excitment was starting to take over her, while all the pieces seemed to come together. " There is a guy in this camp, a mercenary, his name is Fenn. Well, Fennril, actually. He is the brother of one of the cultists we faced off earlier on the way to the camp, and I promised to help him find his sister, even though he doesn't know she is dead..yet." - that seemed a problem that Chantilly hadn't considered up until now, but she was sure that could be solved one way or another, and there were always the kobolds that could take the blame for the greater good. She continued: " He doesn't seem particularly loyal to these people, so maybe we can convince him to pass on our side and have someone who could help us saving the prisoners from the inside at a later time. We could promise him to help find a priest so he could bring his sister back! This way everyone would be saved!"

He swept out his hand to encompass the entire valley, "judging from camp fires we're in the middle on an army. If we had two score archers lining those cliffs, a Vanguard of a dozen knights, a score of pikemen to follow them, and another hundred footman, we could clear this valley." He paused, suddenly tired, "I love that you want to save everyone, but by the time we're done the ground will be pounded by hoof, by boot, and we'll be fighting amidst the mud and the corpses of the dead." He spoke slowly, stressing the next four words. "We can't save them."

"Caelin, most of these people are hired mercenaries," Eliana points out. "They go where the money is. Chantilly's idea shows some promise, but I'm not sure we are going to be able to pull it off." Eliana looks around, then lets out a sigh. "We need to move." The possibility of being discovered was growing.

While everyone stood around talking about the importance of leaving soon, none of them seemed willing to take that first step, or even specify which direction to go. Eventually, a black-cloaked baaz wandered by, swaying a little from the celebration. He seems to sober up upon noticing the freed prisoners, though. "What the..." he mutters, momentarily stunned by the sight.

Stuck as they were, all standing about, Benyt saw the draconian coming but remained stoic so as to show him nothing of concern. Unfortunately it was not quite drunk enough, and as it questioned the circumstance Caelin rushed forward to relieve it of its weapon. Time being limited and already primed to strike, Benyt steps forward counting on Caelin's distraction and sweeps her massive blade in a broad arc toward the hated creature's neck. {Actions} Attack hDC|okka1d20+4 Damage 2d6+2

Zakkoth greeted his teeth. They were ineffective chaotic rug team. Even the dragonarmies at their worst day, at least had commanders- someone who has the final say. He didn't used his favoritr cantrip- colorful flames will attract even more attention. He moved to the right side of the other draconian. "Sorry brother." And slam his head with the flat side of his handaxe.
"We will to rethink the way we make decisions!"

Chantilly SweettoothHP: 19/19 - AC: 16 - Perception: 15 - Insight: 11 - Inspiration: No As she was about to respond to Caelin - but they had to find a way to save Fenn and the others! - Chantilly heard a voice who didn't belong to anyone on the group. Caelin rushes forward to try and grab a weapon off the baaz's belt. Although a bit tipsy, the drac just barely manages to move aside in time to avoid Caelin, then draws the weapon himself. Before he can do anything with it, though, Benyt is upon him. She slices her sword right at the baaz's neck. He ducks at the last second, narrowly avoiding the blade. However, at the last second, Benyt reverses the momentum of her swing, and brings the sword back from the opposite direction. This time it connects, cutting right through the neck entirely. The baaz's head--already turned to stone--falls to the ground as the rest of its body petrifies, as well.

Benyt grabs the remains of the draconian and says, "Let's move this into the tent out of sight first, then flee." She points at Chantilly and the stone head, and doesn't wait for help to begin lugging the thing, carefully keeping it from making furrows in the dirt. The moment it's inside she casually knocks it over and makes a hasty retreat.

Eliana doesn't even have time to react as the others already take care of the situation. "Chantilly, you are the one that found us the way out, so it might be a good idea for you to lead us." She still doesn't like the idea of leaving the other prisoners behind, but at this point, it doesn't seem like there is anything they can do about them.
