"Supplies shouldn't be a problem," Mei Ling says. "I can appraise gems, for a cost of 10% of the gem's value. As for information, it depends on what you wish to know. Some information costs more than other."

"I would like some tea, thank you."
"We could have some informations that may be of some interest for you as well." - Kaelestia says, as she takes out the Nzunta's letter from her backpack. - "On our way here we met someone, a Nzunta of the Bilaiya family, that had an interest for an object in your possession. An... Helm, of some sort."

The unseen servants bring Granker the same ale as Sumina, and also bring Kaelestia some tea. It's a tasty brew, but not one she's ever had before.
Mei Ling chuckles slightly. "He is to be disappointed then. That is just a rumor. I have no helms in my inventory currently. If you were hoping to secure one to return to your own world, then I'm afraid I cannot help you there."

"Just of curiosity, do you know how what kind of helm they were thinking? Is that an actual artifact that allows to travel across the stars?"

Arthogate rolls his eyes seeing Twil with the arrow "Alright then, I suppose yah always had that there arrow then yeah?" "Oh, this?" Twill asks, holding up the arrow. "I think I found this on the ground somewhere. Did you drop it? You really should be more careful with your stuff, what if someone less honest than me found it and kept it?" Meanwhile, Mei Ling arches an eyebrow at the party's words. "You say you are off-worlders, but you don't know what a spelljammer helm is? This implies you did not arrive on this world via spelljamming vessel. If that is the case, then even if I had a helm to sell you, it wouldn't do any good, because you have no ship to equip it to, yes? If you are searching for a way off this world, there's nothing I can offer you. A spelljammer may pass through here eventually; but whether they'd be willing to give you a ride is not something I could say for sure. And depending on who the spelljammer belongs to, you might find boarding their vessel dangerous, if not deadly. The cosmos holds great terrors that Krynnish folk could not even dream of--Neogi, Beholders, Scro and Illithid, to name a few. Granted, none have much reason to visit a backwater world like this one, but you never know." At this point, the unseen servants reappear, this time carrying numerous covered dishes. They place each dish on the table, then lift the lid to reveal the food underneath. Some of the food is familiar: venison, fried potatoes, leafy salads and fresh loaves of bread. Other dishes look rather alien to the party. Some kind of strange fish steaks that don't resemble anything on Krynn; even Sha'al does not recognize them. There's some kind of reptile meat that is on a kabob. There are baked bright orange mushrooms. And a number of fruits or vegetables that don't look like anything found on Krynn. There are also fried noodles; Mei Ling pours some into a small bowl for herself, and eats them with two small sticks instead of a fork.

KaelestiaHp: 8/8 - AC: 5 Kaelestia listened intently to Mei Ling's words, she was fascinated by the amount of things she didn't know about. She felt weird about not having as much drive to go back to Krynn as the others, but this experience was too extraordinaire for her not to enjoy it even a little. She followed Mei Ling in serving herself a cup of those weird noodles: " There is not meat here, right?", and she took a serving of those orange mushrooms as well. " Are you a native of Chislev yourself?" - she asks the woman. - " I couldn't help notice that the fauna here is quite different than our world. We witnessed quite a number of peculiar events. Do you know if animals here are also capable of using magic?"

"I am from a distant world called Toril," Mei Ling answers. "After spending some time among the stars, I decided to settle here and retire. As for animals using magic...I have encountered such things before on this world, yes."

"Well, we possibly have a way to get back," Sumina says. "We came through a mirror, so the only way back, aside from waiting for one of those spaceships is to go back through the mirror," she explains. "But it appears to not function anymore. We need to find the piece that goes along with that mirror."

"I've heard of such devices," Mei Ling says, nodding. "Magical artifacts that can transport people across vast distances, and even to other planes of existence. But I do not have any such device here, if that is what you are looking for. Nor any parts to one."

"You speak of the Citadel of Que-Sanh," Mei Ling observes. "A dark wizard used to live there, yes. His name was Voss. He built the citadel to perform illegal experiments, away from the eyes of the Conclave. But he was found out. They sent a practical army of Renegade Hunters to take him down. Now the place lies in ruin. But it remains very dangerous; full of traps, magical defenses and structural dangers."
