The scrolls appear to be written entirely in arcane runes, which Rada hardly understands.

"They are magical I guess because I can't read them," Rada says. She disappeared out the scrolls on question, and hands them to Iroas.

"Migor, perhaps?" Iroas wonders, looking down at the kobold. "Assuming he can read, I mean."

" Don't you kind of need to know how to read to use magic?" Rada asks.

"I am not certain; matters of the arcane are not exactly my forte," Iroas admits. "But I'm not sure I've ever seen Migor read a book before."

"I can read! Yess! I was just.. lost in memories. Bad memories. Yess." Migor say sheepishly, looking behind with paranoia.
"Water Weirds are fairly benign creatures. In the wild, they are bound to a particular body of water (like a fountain) and will react with anger only if the water is disrespected or disturbed"
he quote. "Maybe this fire thingy is like that".

"Then maybe you can read these scrolls," Savra says, handing the scrolls to Migor. "In the meantime, do we need to do anything before resting?" Migor recognizes the instructions for spells: wall of water on one, and haste on the other.

"Don't you use magic?" Rada asks. Iroas shakes his head. "I am a priest of Ilmater. My power comes from divine prayer."

In Rada's eyes, prayer and magic were basically the same. "Uh. I don't think I need anything before resting."

"Yes, I can't think of anything immediate," Iroas agrees.

The party returns to their rooms and settle down for the night. After a few hours, though, Iroas, Rada, and Migor are awoken by a commotion outside. Through the window, they hear someone shouting "Hey! Stop that!" and low, strange chanting. As they look out the window, they see a priest dressed in odd blue robes. Surrounding him are six pirates, equipped like the ones they fought at Rivengard Keep. They set down a large chest onto the ground and begin to open it.

Iroas isn't sure what to make of this. Surely the pirates could not have followed them here, as they left no trail behind. But it seemed too big a coincidence that they just happened to be here. He quickly gets dressed and armored up, before heading downstairs.

Rada takes a look out the window to see what exactly is going on, and seems confused upon seeing pirates like the ones they just fought. Though, who was the person in blue robes as well? Grabbing her great axe, she heads downstairs, meeting up with Iroas, to see what is going on. "Do you have any idea what this might be about?" she asks softly.

"None," Iroas admits. "But it's nothing good, I bet." He moves to a front window to peek out and get a glance at what the pirates are doing now.
