Saren tents his hands and raises a brow. "You believe your marriage to this Tethys fellow can be used to talk him down?"

Kalana considers Saren's question for what seems like a good two or three minutes before she finally answers him. "It's...possible," she says hesitantly. "When I was with him on Shadowshore, I did manage to talk him down from doing some really horrible things," she says. "But I had to pick my battles," she points out. It was clear it was hard for Kalana to talk about this. "I had the chance to kill him when the Blue Lightning liberated us, but I couldn't do it then."

Senllip looks around in amazement. Especially watching the angels. "What a marvelous thing they are!" he tells Brax and Kalana.
When they enter Saren's office he looks at all the mess and says, "Hey Saren." and smiles in friendship. "Wow! Still so much paperwork. Can we help with something?"
As the conversation goes to Shadowshore fight planning he suggests, "When the numbers are against us we can either bottleneck the fight zone, have some force that can come from behind after the fight had started, attack from the sky if you have spare dragons for example, BTW we did fought few dragons the other day..." he says, his eyes glows, "Have special weapon or special defense." he counts all the options he could think of. "we saw in the temple a room that works on artificial organ for people. That might be handy and powerfull surprise if it enhances men power or equiped with weapons. Also maybe you have some place working on improving ships somehow, maybe some immunity to cannon balls? Or angels coming for aid from above... just throwing ideas..."

Saren nods to Kalana. "Killing should always be the final resort. You did the right thing."
To Senllip, he chuckles and says, "I think you severely overestimate my abilities. I am a simple friar and ship captain. I cannot summon dragons or celestials, or make my ship cannonball proof. And bottlenecking ships on the open sea is far more difficult than you might imagine."

"Are you certain of that?" Saren asks. "Gunn's ambition is not limited to one man. They likely would have seized this opportunity to expand their territory regardless."

"Mind if I organize the shelves a bit while we discuss battle strategies? I meant try to bottleneck where there are reefs or shores, or hidden lagoons." Senllip asks and does his best to help Saren have some order in his stuff... "You have some sort of system you want me to follow?" unsuccessfully trying to read the scrolls, he gets overwhelmed and decided to back off before he will make more damage than help. "Maybe I will buy you a drink instead." He grins sheepishly and puts his hand behind his back.

Saren tents his hands in thought for a moment, and then says, "Very well. I will gather my crew and we will sail to Tu'Valie to await these plans of yours."

Brax nods his head at the statement from Senllip and just pretty much listens to the rest of the conversation between Kalana and the Friar.

"I'd suggest you try the local taverns and inns then," Saren says. "Adventuring types often can be found in those areas, if you're looking to recruit."

"Alright," Kalana says. "Thank you again, and I'll meet you in Tu'valie." With that, she has Brax and Senllip follow her out as to not disturb Saren anymore. "You two need healers, so I suggest you go find them. I doubt we are going to find people that are going to want to upgrade our weapons on the ship though."
