You can imagine my surprise when I heard a halfling captain with your name was looking for crew for a suicide mission! Anyway, after I finished my schooling, I decided to join the priesthood and have been training here in Serenity for the past few years. So no time for a husband and kids, not yet anyway. I've just been ordained a few weeks ago and was looking for my first mission. And I guess I found it. Mom would never forgive me if I didn't make sure you returned home alive, after all." Kalana raises her hands and shakes them along with her head. "Not me," she says. "No, no no. We visited the Children of Meer a long time ago. He is probably talking about the woman he was with that night. It certainly wasn't me."

And it's not a suicide... BTW Kalana joining the family we are going to... hmm.. I guess not kill, but hurt very hard her ex! Ha ha, isn't that funny?!? And since when the little sister comes to save the older one? We just managed to win a battle against dragons few weeks ago... like I need saving.. pfff. It is SOOO good to see you. And you can now update mom. I think I'm afraid of her, more than facing the dragons again." With all the excitement Senllip gets a bit confused and overwhelmed and besides his sister he hugs also Kalana and Brax.
Coming back to his senses he becomes dead serious, "What do you mean you are not drinking? If mom hear about that, it will be more devastating to her than hearing rumors about Tu'Valie being in ruins."

Kalana lets out a sigh as Senllip jumps all over the place when it comes to the story behind the Shadowshore thing. "I'm still married to him," she says with a shake of her head. "So I'm not really sure he is considered an ex. This is a suicide mission too." she adds. "We have six ships, they have a dozen. I just made upgrades to the Blue Moon, so I would suggest the ships that you guys captain also make some weapon upgrades. We do have two ships that were left standing from the Blue Lightning, and Saren's ship now. We are still outmatched and out gunned. I might have some leeway since I am married to Tethys. That's the only thing I have going for me at the moment."

"Well, it will take time to outfit those ships and then regroup in Tu'Valie with the rest of your fleet, so hopefully you can come up with a plan before then," Cassie remarks.

It's at this point another person enters the room and approaches the party. Like Cassie, he is wearing the blue vestments of Octhanus, but is male, stouter, taller and a bit stooped with age. A long white and braided beard falls out of his hood, and he uses a quarterstaff as a walking stick, with his free hand behind his back for support. "I'm looking for Captain Brax Firehand," he says, his hood obscuring his face.

The old dwarf pulls back his hood, to reveal an elderly face. "Name's Thom Firehand. Good to see you again, nephew," he says to Brax. "It's been what, twenty years?"
