You could, but it won't help. Once a character drops to negative HP, a cure spell will only restore them to 1 HP. Any additional healing won't work until they've had a long rest.

This game has turned into pretty effective birth control.

Is it possible to stun the baaz? Like, hit him in the head and make him faint, somehow (?)

Technically, yes. But not easily. There are a few possible ways.
Thieves can 'mug' which is basically a backstab attack that knocks an opponent out instead of killing them. But there are no Thieves in the party right now, so that's rather moot.
There's also 'sapping' which anyone can try, from the Complete Fighter's Handbook:
A person could make a non-lethal attack that deals enough damage to knock someone out, but that's pretty unlikely unless the subject has very few HP. Maybe the entire party could surprise him, all doing non-lethal attacks before he can react.
From the PHB:

If Parra drops the sleep spell right in the middle of the 3 awake, there is a chance she can drop all of them, right? what are our chances they don't realize it is magical?

The area of effect of Sleep is 30 feet, so yes, it could theoretically target all of them. Depending on how many HP effected are rolled and how well they do on their MR checks, though, there is not a guarantee it will work on all three.
As for realizing it's magical, Baaz are typically rather dumb. But if one or more of them suddenly drop unconscious, I imagine that will make them at least a bit suspicious.

Sounds good. I'm thinking Sha'al can get behind one of the columns, the others can prepare to fire, and parra casts sleep to envelop the awake baaz. if one doesn't fall asleep, Sha'al and the others can try to take the survivor out quickly, then deal with the sleeping ones. What does everyone think?

Yeah, that could work as well as opposed to us going in. My only 2 concerns with luring them out are 1) the kender kids may wake up the sleeping baaz while we are doing that 2) if the baaz get suspicious of the lure, they may wake more of the currently sleeping baaz
However, a proper lure still might work. one potential lure might be for someone (high cha?) to imitate the now-dead baaz and say something like, "Hahaha, hey guys come check this out." But in an amused voice, not like one alerted to danger. Once outside we could try sleep/ kill or K.O

The only ones with decent scores are Kaelestia and Sumina, and I'm not sure either could convincingly sound like a male Baaz. Especially one whose voice they've never heard.
