"Not so sure about that," Jamna says to Henry as she kneels down to inspect the circle. "This circle looks old. Really old. I'm guessing it was already here when the cult moved in."
Chantilly moves northwest and continues up the stairs into the next chamber. This room has a ledge in the middle of the room, extending 15 feet up, but has a wooden ladder lashed to it for ascending and descending. There is also a wooden, crank-powered crane in the room. But none of the party, or anyone else for that matter, are present.

Henry says pensively at Jamna "Maybe it's the reason why the Cult has chosen this place as a stronghold - they don't have access to such powerful spells on demand, so they had to use what they could. Even if it means occupying a fortress in the middle of nowhere." the squire then shrugs and says "And sure, let's wait for Chantilly. But if she can't decipher the runes, what do we want to do? I mean, let's assume the dragonspawn or the mage know the password, doubt they'll have it written somewhere. Do we want to risk and make contact, or do we want to go back and report what we have found?"

"We don't need to wait for her," Jamna assures the others. "She's already made it clear, she'd rather play around than take this job seriously. She's dead weight at best, an outright danger to the rest of you at worst. Let her go explore, or make friends or get eaten by whatever is crawling around down here. You're better off, trust me."
Jamna adds, "As for the circle, I'm not willing to give up so easily. My job is to find out where this treasure is going. We still don't know that. I don't intend to report back until I have an answer. So however we do it, we need to get that password. Any ideas?"
Chantilly climbs up the ladder to the top of the ledge. She then heads west into another chamber, this one filled with swirling mist about three feet off the ground. There is a passage to the south, another set of descending stairs to the southwest and a path to the west.

Where to go now?" - she ponders, while tapping her foot on the ground. Although not without difficulty, because of the mist, she tries to inspect the ground near the three new paths to see if she manages to find something that indicates that someone recently passed from there. I guess it's Survival? LlqmSQRN1d20+4 (in case it's Investation instead it should be +5) 1d20+4

"I'm not leaving Chantilly behind," she says firmly to Jemna. "Yes, she shouldn't be running off on her own. I'll talk to her about it, but we are all in this together."

"Yes, but it never came," Snapjaw answers Eliana. "Jarak-sinn went to pick up new shipment, found you instead. Not sure if Bog Luck send more or not, or when."
"Do what you want," Jamna says. "But mark my words, someone is going to die because of her reckless behavior. It may be her. It more likely will be one of you. It certainly won't be me." She shrugs. "Don't say I didn't warn you when it happens."
Chantilly notices someone has scrawled a mark into the stone that points in a general westward direction.

"Bog Luck is unlikely to send more considering he is dead," Eliana admits. "It seems we are going to have to confront the elf in charge here," she says. "Or at the very least sneak into his room to see if we can find the password to this."
"As I said, I will speak to her when the chance arises," Eliana says sternly. She isn't going to deny what Jemna said wasn't true because it was. Being separated like this was extremely dangerous.

Chantilly enters a room which has no other visible exits. The mist from the previous room has seeped into this one, and stands about two to three feet off the ground. However, aside from the mist, the room appears to be completely empty save for the other party members, standing around what appears to be a teleportation circle.
The others note Chantilly enter the room, covered in what appears to be a thin membrane of clear slime, and sporting a couple of bruises.
"Alright, so we're agreed," Jamna is saying to the others. "Let's go snoop around and find this password. Any thoughts on where to start looking?"

You're here, I was getting worried!" - but her eyes, if possible, widens even more when they shift on the circle on the ground: " And what's that about??" - she asks excitedly, before running to it to starts examining it.

"Hm. Well, guess either the dragonspawn and Borngrey. Maybe the mage we met also. To be honest, I don't believe they're so foolish to leave the password written somewhere, but guess doesn't hurt to try." Henry chimes in, before turning towards Snapjaw "Whose room do you believe is the easiest to search without drawing too much attention?" that said, he gives a long, concerned (but also disapproving) look at Chantilly.
"We're deep in enemy territory, Chan. And every time we tried to sneak inside a Cult's stronghold, we got discovered and ambushed. Let's not continue the trend." the squire clears his throat and then asks a bit more worried "Are you in need of healing?"
