"A dragon? Oh, let me see! Let me see!" - Chantilly says, grabbing the weird contraption: "Ooooooh." - she goes, no matter what she actually sees through it. - "What a nosy elf! With this thing he can poke his noses into everyone's business!"

"Why would he want to keep an eye on these dragons?" Eliana asks. "And is it possible for dragons to be twins?"

"Well, it's not the first time the Cult has showed to have ties with dragons. The one in Greenest you told me about, the eggs back in their camp. Might be the Cult has an alliance with these two as well, but whoever is in charge here doesn't trust them enough so they keep an eye on them." Henry shares his thoughts and he does seem quite concerned about the revelation that there are two dragons instead of just one - after all, even a single dragon is a formidable opponent and if the Cult manages to convince enough of them to support its war, there's little chance for the Knights to stop them.
Still, right now the dragons are not the immediate concern: the squire tries to listen to what's happening downstairs in the hope that no one would try to take a peek upstairs where the party is.

"Twins?" Jamna asked.  "What, you mean like, two dragons hatched from the same egg?  I've never heard of that...but I guess it's theoretically possible."

Straining his half-elven ears, Henry can faintly hear voices coming downstairs from his position near the stairwell.

"Report?" asks one.

"Door was wide open, and the bird's gone.  I mean, the entire cage," says the other.

"I knew I heard it squawking.  But who steals a bird?" wonders the first.

"Well, either it's a really bad prank, or...we might have an intruder."

"Either way, we probably should alert Borngrey.  I think he's in a meeting with that bald Thorn Knight and Lady Rezmir.  You, go and report to him right away.  And you, go alert the men.  We might have trespassers."

"Got it."

"Understood."

"Leadership is about to be alerted. Tighter security is also to be expected." Henry says to the rest of the party, trying to keep his voice down as much as possible "We still need that password, though. If they have it written somewhere, guess the only place we could find it is in the room of the dragonspawn - heard a name, Rezmir, might be hers." that said, he throws a worried look at the window "Way I see it, we have two options here. Either we go downstairs and deal with whoever is there, or we use a rope to climb down the tower."

"Hmm... Do you know who this Rezmir is, Snapjaw, and where we can find her room?" - Chantilly asks the Jarak-sinn.

After that, she gets close to the window: "I like the idea of the rope, there is less fighting involved and it seems more fun anyway. But we risk being seen by the people outside, let's check the situation." - she says, before looking out of the window.

"What I mean is that the second dragon, the one in the cave right now, looks identical to the one I saw fly off," Eliana says as she goes to check over the wall to see what's down below. If there was too much going on down below, it makes more sense to go back the way they came.

Chantilly is correct, the area below is populated.  On the south side are a number of Bullywugs and Jarak-sinn in the outer ward.  On the north side, the inner ward, there are a trio of guard drakes patrolling the area.

"Yep, I think the window is out of the question sadly..." - she says with a disappointed tone. - "So, Snapjaw, can you lead us to this Rezmir's room?"

Zakkoth most of the time doesnt look worried- but then a dragon? And another one?
He try to recall if he remember something about twin black dragons, though he was member of the Blue Dragonarmy.

"Snapjaw can show the way; Dragonlady's room on third floor, but Jarak-sinn not allowed there.  Nobody allowed there without Dragonlady's permission," he says.

Zakkoth does not recall any black dragons fighting in the Blue Dragonarmy eighty years ago.  If they fought in the war, it was likely as part of the Black Dragonarmy, but offhand he does not remember hearing any stories about twin dragons in the war.

"Well, they are going to know something is going on," Eliana says. "And we can't stay here, so I suggest we try to get to Rezmir's room."

"No. They already know something is going on." Henry says back to Eliana "If climbing down is not feasible, let's go downstairs. We could try to persuade whoever is there to let us pass, but we should not waste time - they stall, we use violence." that said, Henry nods towards the others and simply walks down, ready to meet those who finally managed to throw a wrench in their plan.

Stepping downstairs, Henry and the others find ten cultists in the area.  One of them, a human male, steps forward upon seeing them.  "You lot.  What were you doing up in the observatory?" he demands.

"We were checking to see if anyone was up there after we heard the ravern," Eliana says. "We didn't find anyone up there though."
