We have lost enough time on this argument." the squire shrugs, his angered muffled by sadness; he gestures towards the citadel "Mission is our priority. Let's keep moving."

Zakkoth look at Eliana sigh and nod.
"So be it. I am too old for such nonesense. I guess there being brothers in arms, doesnt mean we have to be friends. I shall call him,Henry or what ever please him."
Zakkoth pause as he hear the exchange between Chantilly and Henry.
His heart beated fast all of the sudden.
He.. still had was to go, in leaving his past behind, it seemed

The party approaches the village of Mageholm from the north, as the only way to reach the citadel is walk through it. It's small and rustic, and includes a tavernn, stable, and shrine, among other small businesses and residences. ============= Zakkoth casts Death Ward on Chantilly. |

"It would probably look weird if we asked people anything, so I suggest we just walk through the town and get to the citadel," Eliana says softly.

"Before heading to the Citadel, we have to stop and resupply." Henry points at Chantilly and himself while talking at Eliana "We don't have any food and if I remember correctly, you ate your last ration back at the Lodge." he then nods at one of the businesses around town "Let's make a brief stop, we don't know how long we're going to be stuck in that...well, thing." the squire says while looking at the imposing castle, still quite impressed by the power of the Children.

As they walk toward the village, Chantilly gets close to Zakkoth: "I know Henry's been a bit harsh about it, but he's only asking for you to be respectful of his preferences. Even if it's something we don't fully understand, I know I don't!, it's clearly something that's really important to him. It doesn't mean you can't be friends, on the contrary I'd say you making an effort to make him feel comfortable is a sign of genuine care for his feelings. Something only a friend would do." - she says softly to him, before taking his hand in her. - "We're about to enter an enemy stronghold, and we only have each other to rely on. Our hearts need to be strong!" - she says, mimiking Zakkoth's mannerism for the last sentence.

Zakkoth.
"And Ale. Beside- we might hear some rumors. So we should resupply, Henry."
He soften up as Chantilly apporach him.
"...Friends is a strong word. And... I just can't help but to feel it silly- I was a brainwashed soldier, too long time ago. People who are so willingly throw away their free will like I did.. it... frusrating."
He say as honest as he can to Chantilly.
"We dont have to like each other, we are proffesional soldiers- we can work together.. but.. fine. For YOU."
He add. "Where there is a time.. I'l apologize. Alright?"
Zakkoth was never among the draconians who got together with the rare female ones.
And he found himself devolping fatherly instincts again and again over the adventure.

"I hope they have something sweet." - Chantilly says at the village, following along Eliana.

Looking around, Eliana sees several places of interest. There's a wheelright, a tavern, some stables, a shrine, and a village square. The rest of the buildings seem largely residential.

to Elaina "But the citadel would probably have *military* food. And if she was alive, the dead b#^#^ goddess would have been my witness that I dont miss the food, at all."
He smile at seeing the tavern
