After spending half the day traveling, the party finally spots the village of Mageholm at the base of the mountains. The village has a few dozen houses and a small square, with buildings that include a tavern, a stable, and a shrine. In contrast to this rustic burg stands a mighty ice castle half-hidden in a fog-shrouded ravine: walls stand forty feet high, huge narrow towers loom upward--one of blue ice, one crumbling--and all of it is built to a scale for giants. Wisps of fog hide much of the castle's detail, but they see two statues standing just before the enormous gate.
"Well, it's still here," Jamna comments. "So at least we're not too late."

"I have been pretty disappointed with the cult aesthetic 'til now, but this... Wow, that's pretty amazing." - Chantilly comments, pointing at the castle. - "Is there anything anyone wants to do in the actual village? Otherwise you know I'll just run straight up toward that beauty. I can't wait to explore it and learn more about it."

He act more collected, keep his reactions to omebs to himself.
He smile a bit more.
When they arrive he give a look at the village- funny.
As a priest-soldier he didnt cared for sights other then the Blue Lady, but this journey has unlocked some sense of wonder- Caelin, who in a way, has reflected to him, some of his darker tendecies and Chantilly- his other friends too, but something in Chantilly's purity was.. contagiouse.
He did wondered what history this village held.
He chuckled. "Now, now kender. At least let me to ensure you dont kill yourself too soon. It's a new trick. In this journey... I am progressing in my enlightment, like I never did in decades. Sorry. I am.. ranting. Let me do my.. trick."
The scarred draconian lift the broken symbol of Takhisis, which glowed in a light brightet then ever.
This spell was in a way, daring at the face of the gods, especialy from someone who has refused to serve them.
His other hand, laid over Chantilly's head as he channel his energy to a spell.
"Even if you fall- you will rise to see it all." he chant in words he has chosen himself.

"Now I know how Chan feels." Henry says while looking at the castle rising towards the sky "Never really felt small in my life until today." he lets a nervous chuckle out, quite impressed by the sheer scale of the fortress they have to sneak in. Even though in a way he seems eager to reach the castle - it might be the final step of his mission, the prize for all his travails until now - he stops when Zakkoth wants to bless Chantilly; the squire looks at the scene with a frown but says nothing.
When asked Henry shrugs "I mean, won't say no. You already saved me once. But are you sure you could still invoke your powers afterwards if the need arises?"

Zakkoth shrug at Henry.
"I won't lie to you, this spell take a lot from me. If I cast it also on you and Eliana, I will be about... half ceg.. But- the way it work, that once you are down, you are ensured to rise up- so, if we are facing a great battle, it probably worth it."
As it was the natural thing to compare it too.
Zakkoth smile a bit at Chantilly, and then pause at her question.
"The angry boy? Yes. I am worried. He is an idiot, and led by his anger- not exactly a good recipe for longevity. About myself.. well..."
He was looking for words.
"I have many regrets to ponder. "
He toy with the broken symbol of Takhisis between his claws.
"And also, in a way, like Eliana, I have to accept... changes about myself, that I wouldn't have chosen if I could have.' as he pass his hand over his wrinkles and scars.

Eliana was quietly staring at the castle, and absently wondering how the cult managed to get this powerful. The more they seemed to uncover, the more it seemed like that the cult's reach was seemingly endless. Though, she was pulled out of her thoughts by the others, so she looks to Zakkoth. She wasn't exactly sure what he did to Chantilly. "We don't know completely know what we might be facing in there," she says to the old draconian. "So I'll decline the offer for now," she says. At the mention of Caelin though, she seems to turn a little stiff, and doesn't comment on it. "I'm with Chantilly though. Now would be the time to stock up on stuff before we move on. We should probably remember though that this town is full of cult members."

"Given what happened last time..." and here Henry pauses for a bit too long, even though he doesn't show much "...I am going to accept your offer, Zakkoth."
He then gestures towards Mageholm "I'm broke so at best I could buy some food, so unless something else happens I agree to be quick about it and board the Citadel."

"A wise choice, little knight." Zakkoth say and he also put a hand over Henry"s head and cast Death Ward on him.
"Well, let"s get what pleasure we might afford it might be our last chance to do so. I believe my barrel need a refill!"

Before receiving the blessing, Henry looks the old dragonspawn in the eyes and says with the utmost gravity "Zakkoth. I'm telling you this for the last time." he takes a deep breath "Do. Not. Call. Me. Knight." the squire shakes his head, there's a glimpse of anger in his gaze "I am not one. You have to stop. It is not amusing, it is not clever. It does not show you as 'enlightened', quite the opposite." another deep breath, Henry trying to not let his emotions overwhelm him "Now. If you are going to honour my request, you may lay your hands on me. Otherwise stuff your 'tricks' where the sun doesn't shine."

Chantilly was quite shocked, and a bit scared (a feeling she was not really used to), by the sudden change in Henry's behaviour. - "I think Z. only wanted to be... Endearing." - she says softly.

Eliana looks to Henry in shock. She hadn't expected that to come out of his mouth. "Henry, he isn't trying to be insulting," she says. "And as far as any of us are concerned, you have done enough to be a true knight."

"If this was the first time he did that, I would agree with you." Henry says to Chantilly and Eliana, his eyes still locked to Zakkoth "But given it is not and I already told Zakkoth I do not wish to be called so in stern words, it is not endearing and quite insulting." he then turns towards them, his voice still a bit shaken by the anger he feels "You are my friends and I'll love you to my last breath, but you are not Knights. It is not up to you to say if I'm worthy of the title or not."
That said, he shakes his head and again takes deep breaths "I am not of noble birth. The Silvanesti do not want me and I'm Solamnic by chance only. I do not have family nor home to come back to." he nods at Zakkoth "There's even the chance you preached to my father when your symbol was still unbroken, you know that?" he now furiously scratches the back of his head in an attempt to vent some of his rage, leaving the implication of that revelation unspoken "The Knights are all I have. They have accepted me, trained me and given me the chance to rise. To prove my mettle. To become something more than a child full of anger." he sighs heavily, his emotions still quite strong but starting now to subside "So until the sun sets after my Night of Reflections, I am not a Knight."

"You arent doing me any favors. boy. I am too old to be scolded like this. You dont want my protection? Then dont." He sigh and shake his head.

He felt like respect to religion and tradtions were.. childish.
For him,it was a thing he has "outgrown" from.
"I think you are giving away too much of your agency to other people. I have seen knights worse then I was at my worst. I am NOT deciding anything for you- and trust me, I preffer to die, then to be called a knight- especialy a Solmanic one. To me, it looks like you are giving too much repsect to people who dont REALLY respect you."
He looks a bit tired and take a sip of ale.
"I see before me a brave young warrior. I dont really care- you can be minotaur emperrir pink dragonlord, knight, high priestess... those are just names. You dont want my spell- fine. I am not going to indulge in childish arguemnt about titles. I am too damn old for this, NOT-knight. Let's go and get done with it."
he didnt wanted to be angry- but he was.

Eliana looks between Henry and Zakkoth, and then lets out a small sigh. "Whatever his reasoning, it is still important to respect his wishes," she finally says to Zakkoth.
