Places of the Radiant Citadel
A massive city built on an ancient fossil floating in the deepest reaches of the Ethereal Plane, a city of refugees and outsiders who have come together to build a new life for themselves.
----Court of Whispers - A mixed outdoor-indoor space with quiet alcoves and open plazas, where information is bought, sold, bartered and given.
----House of Convalescence - A large temple right next to the Auroral Diamond where all healing magic is increased in strength.
----Palace of Exile - A massive palace open to all refugees and travelers. It has spacious living quarters with adjoining gardens and recovery centers, as well as on-site staff to help people transition to either finding a new home on another world or becoming a permanent resident of the Citadel.
----Passage of Respite - The primary entrance and exit of the city, where the Concord Jewels dock.
----Preserve of the Ancestors - A sprawling, domed wilderness cut into the heart of the Auroral Diamond, a home to fauna and flora in danger of extinction. This is also where the Citadel's ruling council meets, in an in-ground amphitheater in the center of the preserve. The various Incarnates also dwell here.
----Trade Discal - A massive market bazaar, and home to the Citadel's trading companies and guilds. The Trade Disputes Council handles any conflict between them.
--------Elemental Plate - A restaurant/bar that is known for its elemental themed dishes and drinks, like the fireball cocktail, marshmallow cloud pudding, and earthy root dumplings. It's designed to be the sort of place you can bring the whole family.
--------Hiccup’s Generally Nice Goods - A simple convenience store. Cheap but low quality goods.
--------Iron Bones Construction - A business that builds homes and other buildings.
--------Minhas Alchemicals - A popular spot for buying and selling potions, elixirs, aromas and poultices.

People of the Radiant Citadel
Adan-Kai (Dayawlongon Earth Genasi, He/Him) - A merchant who sells treasures he finds on adventures in old dungeons and ruins on his cart in the Discal. It's said every ware he sells comes with a great story.
Amari (Tayyib Changeling, They/Them) - A merchant who sells antiques and handmade goods in a small vendor stand in the Discal. They often appear as a femme-presenting human.
Aom Myahkoom (Siabsungkoh Kobold, She/Her) - The Speaker of the Ancestors for Siabsungkoh. She is a fashionable dresser and is confined to a wheelchair for some reason.
Arayat (Dayawlongon Human, He/Him) - The leader of the Shieldbearers. He is in his forties and considered a great tactician and leader, but often clashes with the council on matters of policy and law.
Arthit Suwan (Siabsungkoh Human, He/Him) - Former owner and proprietor of Suwan Earthmolders. He accused Minhas Alchemicals of fraud, but it was discovered he tried to pass off inferior goods as his own, and consequently, he lost his business license. He is a middle-aged human man with tanned skin, dark hair and brown eyes.
Bastian Fiest (Solamnic Human, He/Him) - A knight who serves in the Shieldbearers.
Bostwick Goodwort (Daggerdale Halfling, He/Him) - A salesman who works at Hiccup's Generally Nice Goods. He is a lightfoot halfling man, perhaps in his early 20s, emerges from the back. He is just over four feet in height, with wavy auburn hair, blue eyes, and chubby cheeks but an athletic build otherwise. He also sports a patch of hair on his chin.

Maybe a closet fan himself (he had a big crush on Minji when he was younger).
Sholeh (Sangarian Brass Dragon, She/Her) - The lone survivor of the original expedition to find the lost Citadel, and the current Speaker of the Ancestors for Akharin Sangar. She often takes human form. Many know her as the Old Lady.
Skratta (Bellowing Wilds Foreclaimer, She/Her) - The current manager of Hiccup's Generally Nice Goods. She is a very tall woman, elf-like in appearance but nearly 7 feet in height, with grey skin and strange, glowing lines across her skin and a large glowing crystal sticking out of her torso, just above where her navel would be.
Sue Leoxys (Sigil Tiefling, He/Him) - Sue runs a game of chance booth at the Discal, including cards, dice and similar games.
Suree Sangsorn (Siabsungkoh Tiefling, They/Them) - A well-meaning and resourceful mage that loves experimenting with magic. Often with troubling results. They own a shop in the Discal. Somewhat scatter-brained and probably way too trusting of others. They nearly lost their business license in a mix up with the council, but the party was able to bail them out in time.
