Ooc: I'm figuring that Vulpi isn't hearing this cuz they're at the wagon. If /when someone comes to get them, they'll go to the group and protest that we need to keep on with finding the child Kianna, it has already been too long. They'll ask the farmer if perhaps we could come for tea after.

You gotta be tough to make it out here. Lots of folks don't, but I've done well enough on my own so far. Helps that I'm closer to the Ribbon than most of the farms out here." He looks to Ha-Yun. "Eh, about the same, really. Those mutts are always coming after my livestock. Wrong place and wrong time, I guess, since this time they came for me instead."
"Vulpi went back to my wagon," Lady Dre tells Ha-Yun. "I'll go and retrieve them and the wagon," she offers.

As Vulpi rejoins the group, they'll say: "Don't y'all think we should keep looking for the Kianna? If we hadn't stopped when we did, Polder would have died; it goes to show how every second matters out here. Polder, you wouldn't mind if we came for tea after finding Kianna would you? Oh Polder, do you know Kianna?"
OOC: I debated "child Kianna" vs "Kianna" cuz Vulpi old AF, but decided that they have spent enough time with non-elves to not call everyone else child.

She and a few others from her pact came by to trade a bit; just some tools and what have you. She didn't seem strange, no. Seemed in good spirits, even. Like she was embracing life in the Rattle well. Which surprised me. When I first met her, I hadn't pegged her as lasting long. Anyway, she seemed pretty happy about someone named Culley coming to join her soon. Another worker coming late to the farm, I wager."

"Nothing like that here," Lady Dre answers. "The folks of Godsbreath are good people. We don't cotton to that sort of voodoo here."

" 'That sort of voodoo', so there are stories of it then but few of them and it is frowned upon? Not that I think Kianna is practicing, but if there are stories then we should keep in mind the possibility that someone is and possibly affecting Kianna. But if there aren't even stories of it then the possibility becomes much easier to dismiss."
