CH. 04 - Prince Hluuwee, Fabulous He

[HorizonsDream]

"We know that the Prince joined the war effort which is why he is traveling in the first place. Right now, he has about 100 men, and we have to grab him before he joins the main force " Kalinda says. "We don't know why he is joining the war effort though."

[Daos]

"Perhaps he is joining on his father's orders?" Blitz wonders.

[MaltholLoth]

"We also know he's not too keen on the ladies so perhaps he's after meeting a fine commander in the forces?" Terani offers

[Daos]

"It's entirely possible, and if so, perhaps something we can use to our advantage," Blitz remarks.

[HorizonsDream]

"All we know is that we have to do something before he joins the main force. Once he does that, we won't have a chance" Kalinda says.

[Daos]

"We have a week to prepare before his arrival," Mizzle says.  "What should we do until then?"

[HorizonsDream]

"Gather intel and remain as inconspicuous as poasible," Kalinda says.

[MaltholLoth]

"Just see if we can keep our work in the tavern, be good at the job but not too good. I guess we should appear to not have known about the Prince coming if it's mentioned but yet give leading questions about it." Terani says acknowledging they just don't know enough yet and Kalinda being right in her suggestion.

[Daos]

Mizzle nods in agreement.  "The more we know, the better plan we can come up with once he arrives."

[HorizonsDream]

"But, how do we gather the intel we need when only one of us can speak and understand the language?" Kalinda asks. "Wait, these people also speak Canatan too, right?"

[Daos]

Blitz nods to Kalinda.  "Many of the locals seem to, yes.  Some of the Ravenites, as well, I suspect."

[HorizonsDream]

"Then I guess gathering the intel won't be that hard," Kalinda says. "Since I speak neither language, I'll just continue working I guess."

[Daos]

"I think a handful of folks speak Auran, too, but it's much rarer," Blitz mentions.

[MaltholLoth]

"I guess I will need to keep busy and social. Though is there any other way you can help? I am sure you can do more than be stuck in the kitchens if we think about things..." Terani says with a hopeful smile.

[Daos]

"Perhaps during the day we can explore the town and learn more where we can, and then in the evenings, we work the kitchens and try to pick up additional gossip," Blitz suggests.
