As a fan of Game of Thrones, that final season just absolutely killed my fandom. I have read a least half of the house of the dragon book. It is just basically a history, so I'm not going to lie and say I'm not curious as to how the show is going to play out. If the creators from the last show are working on this one though, I'm out.

Well from what I read earlier today it said the Author of the books himself is one of the shows producers. I don't recall if he was with GoT. Yes the last season left me "wanting" is how I'll phrase it but it did not kill my fandom entirely. I am interested to see what is done in this prequel spin-off that is set 300 years prior to GoT. But even in the article I read this morning it did say they have hopes that due to how long ago the finale was that displeased a lot of people would be further back out of peoples minds that perhaps by 2022 folks would be receptive to this new show. This was one of the two articles I read. www.techradar.com/news/game-of-thrones-spin-off-house-of-the-dragon-begins-production-first-photo-released

This Friday: DUCKTALES SEASON 3 DROPS ON DISNEY+! I don't get cable, and decided that it was pretty expensive to buy on Amazon Prime, so I haven't seen any of this season yet! I do believe I'm in for a treat! (Even though this is the last season. ) Stock up on tissue, especially for the series finale! Has anyone heard of this prequel spin-off from Game of Thrones possibly to air in 2022? House of the Dragon Heard of it, yes, although this is the first I've seen of a teaser. They actually have quite a few different GoT spin-offs in the works, some of which were already canceled. Looks like this one made it through, though. As far as teasers go, it's not a very good one. Kind of amateurish. But perhaps once they actually start filming, they'll have something to show off for a proper trailer. Huh. No. I've never seen it, but I was under the impression that the divisive finale practically killed the fanbase. Pretty much. But I understand why they would try to set up a spin-off. Before the finale, that show made bank. Plus, when the show ended, HBO lost about half of their subscribers. I'm sure they want them back. If you're referring to those utter hacks, David Benioff and D. B. Weiss, then don't worry. They have nothing to do with this, or any of the other spin-offs in the works. Rather, the showrunners for this one are going to be Ryan Condal and Miguel Sapochnik (the latter was the director of the Battle of the Bastards episode of GoT, among others, and won some awards for it). They've also promised to not fill the show with egregious violence against women, so...hopefully it won't make the same mistakes as its predecessor. I'll probably give it a chance. Well from what I read earlier today it said the Author of the books himself is one of the shows producers. I don't recall if he was with GoT. Martin was a consultant for the original show. Basically, he could give advice, but the showrunners could overrule him if they wanted to (and they often did). Also, once the show caught up to the books, he gave the showrunners the gist of what was going to happen, and they basically filled in the blanks themselves.

www.hbo.com/house-of-the-dragon Rather interesting that Matt Smit from Dr. Who will be involved in this one. I am hoping that the teaser was not actually official due to the amateurish style.

Yeah, Smith is the only one of the cast I've ever heard of before (although I've never actually seen him in anything; I've just heard of him), so I have no idea what to expect, in terms of acting.

If you have the time, it's not a long watch. The first season is only 4 episodes, the second only 8, and the third 10.

Loki is moving to Wednesdays, and will premier on June 9th now. Also, they released some images of the upcoming House of the Dragon that Greywolf brought up earlier. If you were curious as to how Matt Smith looks as a blonde Targaryen, now's your chance.

Well, I finished the final season of Castlevania on Netflix. I'd say it was pretty much as perfect an ending as a series could hope for, for every major character (both pro- and antagonist). I'll miss this show, but I hope they make a sequel series about future Belmont generations.

Recently, I finished watching M.O.D.O.K on Hulu. I really enjoyed it. Aside from being funny, it is just jam packed with obscure Marvel references. It clearly doesn't take place in the MCU, because for one thing, the X-Men are around. Also, Tony Stark is still alive.

Not sure if it is just me but I'm kinda of glad to see Lego Masters show back on for a 2nd season. Anyone else watching it? Probably the only thing close to a gameshow that I watch actually.
