I read some comics growing up, but also watched the cartoons such as some you mentioned Daos X-men (original in the 80's) then Evolution later on, I think but don't fully remember which spider-man cartoon it was but I did watch one of them. I also played the x-men games for Sega Genesis and probably SNES at a friends house back in the 80's & 90's. Granted watched all the movies starting back with the batman movies of the 80's & 90's along with any and all Marvel movies that came out later on.
For a while the local library had graphic novels that is where I read about Hellboy in the early 2000's.

If there's one thing I've learned about Vox Machina from watching the first campaign of Critical Role...is that their greatest nemesis has always been a locked door.

There is Sonic IDW which is pretty good. And my children like it, so I am allowing myself to buy it.

Anyone else see the latest episode of Hawkeye?
Kind of surprised to see {Spoiler}The Kingpin (played by the actor on Netflix's Daredevil make an appearance. I know it was hinted at in the prior episode.) Which leads me to wonder will some of the Netflix Marvel shows crossover into the MCU?

I have been watching, although I haven't seen today's episode yet--it's an hour long season finale. I'll probably watch it tonight at dinner. But anyway, yeah, I had heard rumors that...
{Spoiler} Vincent D'Onofrio would appear as Wilson Fisk. I was a fan of Netflix's Daredevil, so I'm happy to see that's true. Also, apparently Charlie Cox cameos in the new Spider-Man movie, but I can't confirm that yet. There are also rumors that Jessica Ritter will appear in She-Hulk.

Anyone watch the second season of The Witcher? I just finished it myself, and I'm already looking forward to season three.

I have not even seen season one of that show Daos.
Anyone else watching The Book of Boba Fett? First two episodes I've seen so far. I find it fairly interesting. I have always wanted to know more about the bounty hunter.

I do not usually like stories that make extensive use of flashbacks and TBoBF has way too many of them. Also, the conflict between the Tusken and the Pyke Syndicate feels forced - I mean, the Tusken lose people every few days because of the train, why they don't just hide or move somewhere else?

I'm in agreement with Bunny--the present scenes are cool, but the flashbacks are exceedingly dull.

In regards to Boba Fett, I'm less concerned with flashbacks, and more concerned with an apparent redemption arc for a stone-cold killer, whose preference is, disintegration first. Star Wars Universive has enough chosen ones, and heroes, gimme a crime boss who is an anti-hero. And it didn't sit well with me the whole Tusken raider training thing, he's supposed to be bad ass to begin with, he should have wiped the floor with the gaffi-stick fighter. But that's just me ...

A redemption arc of some sort was to be expected, we're talking Disney after all. I'm more concerned how the writers are not actually showing the redemption arc, since Boba Fett seems to be a good guy from the get go when in RotJ (as you pointed out) he was quite willing to do the bidding of a merciless crime lord.

He seemed to have a bit more of a moral compass than most bounty hunters back in the Clone Wars. But then again, I feel like the writers aren't really taking the show into account writing him, which is a bit annoying. Or maybe they'll show the redemption arc with more flashbacks, which are even MORE annoying. XD

...a stone-cold killer, whose preference is, disintegration first. Which makes him a pretty terrible bounty hunter, when you think about it. Then again, the guy died by taking a pratfall into a giant monster's mouth after being accidentally hit by a blind guy.

They released the red-band trailer for the Critical Role series today. It's NSFW for animated blood and lots of swearing and middle fingers. The whole group really does make me think of a real D&D party, though. Just pure chaotic energy.
