Okay, three weeks of dry rations for 11 people will cost 330 gold pieces. Dry rations are not particularly tasty (so not great for morale), but they do last a very long time. So no worries about them spoiling.
You'll need 1,617 gallons of drink for 11 people for 3 weeks. The 15 barrels already on board will only hold 630 gallons, so you'll need another 24 barrels. This will cost another 48 gold pieces. Now, half of 1,617 is 808.5. If half of those gallons are water. Water is free but it is tasteless (which isn't great for morale) and it stagnates quickly once exposed to air. So not great for long voyages, but fine for shorter ones. Ale will last longer and is better for morale, but costs 2 SP a gallon. That will come to 161 GP and 7 SP. (Note, even though Jaeron and Imrich are gone, Auli'i can still try and Create Water in case those supplies run out too quickly, but it means giving up her healing spell slots.)

Wild and crazy question/idea is there any way we can get word to the Tiaru that we are alive and searching for them and our current location?

You could send a letter on the next ship heading in that direction. It will take a month to get there, though, and there's no guarantee the Tiaru is still there, or will still be there in a month.
If you're not afraid to spend, you could try and find a high level caster to use magic to get a message to them faster. How much it will cost will depend on what spell is used.

I'm not sure. I've never run or played in a high level game, so I'm not overly familiar with the higher level spells. There's Sending, which is 5th level. I imagine it would cost probably over 5,000 GP.
You might be able to do a divination thing, which would let you find out where Julak is, but not actually let you talk to him, for around 2,000 GP.

Hmm thought message was another spell that could send a message. Never mind looked up the range it can but not over any real distance it just allows for whispering messages without being overheard.

Yeah, range is the real issue here.
Anyway, I removed 1,000 GP from the party pool and added a spyglass to Kalana's inventory. This just barely puts her over into light encumbrance.

She wanted to sell one of her masterwork sabres, so would getting rid of one of those help with the encumbrance?

Yep, that will do it. Sold for 158 gold pieces and 5 silver. She's no longer encumbered.
Anyone else have anything? If not, I'll probably start up the new chapter tomorrow.

restock on ammo aside from that I think Brax is set though perhaps a second masterwork dagger is in the planning.

Alright. He currently has 12 bullets and 12 blackpowder doses remaining. Do you just want to fill up his three powder horns to max again? That'll be 18 bullets and 18 blackpowder doses then. A bullet costs 1 GP and a dose of blackpowder costs 10 GP, so that will be 198 GP.
A masterwork dagger will cost 302 GP. So that's 500 GP total.
