Okay, done.  Removed 500 GP and refilled ammo and a new masterwork dagger.  Encumbrance is unchanged.

Okay, I actually made a mistake.  I updated the forum post, but not my own notes, on how much damage the party has already repaired on their ship.  I was looking at my notes, which were actually wrong.

Long story short, the ship is actually almost fully repaired.  It's HP 42/45 now.

I found another mistake in your favor.  According to the description of a dagger pistol, "If this firearm gains the broken condition, both the firearm component and the dagger component are considered broken."

Something to keep in mind in the future, if one of his pistols ever breaks again.

well hmm... fortunately they were only described as jammed or misfiring so i hope that was not "broken" status.

From here:

Misfiring: Each gun has a misfire value. If an attack roll is made with a gun that falls into that value range, it becomes 'broken.' A broken gun suffers a -4 to hit and if it misfires a second time without being repaired first, it backfires and deals normal damage to the wielder and possibly those around them (the range is given next to the misfire value on the tables below).

So adding that to this:

Pistol, Dagger: A combination of a coat pistol and a blade, the dagger pistol can be used as both weapons. If this firearm gains the broken condition, both the firearm component and the dagger component are considered broken. A dagger pistol uses either a bullet and a single dose of black powder or an alchemical cartridge as ammunition.

Then yeah, if a pistol dagger misfires, it suffers a -4 to hit until it is repaired whether used as a dagger or a pistol.

The whole reason we decided to skip the next quest and move on to the next island was because the next quest was Senllip-centric, and we didn't want to hold things up.  If I had known you were going to be inactive, too, I would have just put the game on hiatus until Bishgada returned.

I'm not inactive I am devoting more of my time to trying to find a place to live after the next 30-60 days since that is all I have. I just cannot post 3-10 times a day.
