What if the crew is built from a mixture of levels? 1 old salt, 1 mariner, 3 mates and 10 rats or landlubbers? Is the bonuses/penalties are considered by the max/min or weighted average?

man what have we gotten ourselves into here we barely had one ship's worth of crew now we are trying to build a small fleet of our own this is crazy lol.

In which case, hiring them will cost 150 GP a month. What if the crew is built from a mixture of levels? 1 old salt, 1 mariner, 3 mates and 10 rats or landlubbers? Is the bonuses/penalties are considered by the max/min or weighted average? If a crew is of mixed experienced, then I go with the average. No, the cargo ships do not have any artillery. Lucky for you, too, because they would have done significant damage to the Blue Moon otherwise.
