CH. 06 - Feyr is the Mind Killer

[Bishgada]

"You know what? I'll join you. Maybe the woman will have an interesting insight about our coming journey." Senllip quickly finishes his drink and joins Kalana.

(OOC: I'd post that he pays and leaves some change but I didn't follow if we each have some coins or Imrich still pays for everyone while Kalana keeps the party pool? I don't think it is fair that Imrich pays on us since the first time we ot some payment.)

[Daos]

While Jaeron sits in his room writing, Kalana and Senllip get up and head back to the temple, leaving Imrich on his own.

Once at the temple, the pair head downstairs to the archives.  There, the same gnomish woman sits, copying old texts.  She practically jumps out of her chair at the sight of Kalana.  "The blueprints?  Do you have them?" she asks nervously.

Jaeron gets up and goes to the temple after having a small breakfast of tea and buttered bread with some sausage.

Jaeron comes back downstairs to find Imrich alone, but notices Kalana and Senllip heading out.  He asks for breakfast, but this tavern doesn't serve breakfast at this hour, only in the mornings, so instead he follows after the pair, to the grand temple's archives, arriving shortly after they do.

Kalana hands over the blueprints, which are still in good condition. "See. Nothing to worry about, but maybe you should make a copy of these so that these aren't the only ones."

"You know, these blueprints did a great job helping us defeat the creature that butchered people in the refugee camp. Thanks a lot!" Senllip starts the conversation showing gratitude. "Finishing our business here, we plan to set sail to Tu'Vile to help restore the city and cleanse it from the monsters still inhabit it." he pauses to see her reaction. "I was wondering, since you obviously a scholar who has plenty of knowledge, do you have any suggestions about the route there, or do you have any information about what is currently happening in Tu'Vile?"

[Daos]

KALANA:  "See. Nothing to worry about, but maybe you should make a copy of these so that these aren't the only ones."

The woman accepts the blueprints.  "Yes...it is on my list of things to copy," she says.

SENLLIP:  "I was wondering, since you obviously a scholar who has plenty of knowledge, do you have any suggestions about the route there, or do you have any information about what is currently happening in Tu'Vile?"

"Oh, I don't know if I'd call myself a scholar...more of a clerk, really," she replies.  "I just run the archives here.  I can tell you just about anything about the history of this town or the church, but I don't know anything about Tu'Valie.  Never even been there," she admits.

[HorizonsDream]

"Jaeron, I think, would be best to plot our course," Kalana says. "He has done well so far."

[Bishgada]

"Well, you are doing great work here in the archives! Keep it up." Senllip smiles broadly. "I guess I'll head back to the inn to rest. Are you joining or staying around?" Senllip asks Kalana and Jaeron.

Imrich finishes his meal, orders a few more drinks, then heads off to bed.

"Well, I am going back to the inn for some much needed rest, but we will need a route planned out for Tu'valie," Kalana says to Jaeron as she makes her exit. "We have a few days until the ship is repaired, so you have time."

With that, Kalana, Senllip and Jaeron return to the inn.  Once there, they find Imrich has already retired for the night.  Thinking he had the right idea, they all go up to their rooms, as well.
