Yeah, I've been assuming he's been wearing the new chain mail since the current day started.
Also, Greywolf, I'm a little confused here. Is Drezden spending his action to attack or pick up his fallen sword? He can't do both in the same round.

I had him pick his weapon up last round and only rolled for the axe if it was allowed but i guess i did not type that well enough. He should already have the sword now...

I'll allow it this once, but for future reference, in 2E picking up a dropped weapon counts as a standard action.

I get that and that is why in my prior post I had said I was grabbing my sword and swinging the axe (if possible) it was a here is a roll if you need it kinda thing I was trying to put it in there just in case.

Can Malavar activate his berserker rage, draw his spear and attack in the same round?
Also, assuming these are ordinary skeletons and the magical mail provides +1 AC, shouldn't the skeletons' to hit number vs. Malavar be 15 (19-4 = 1)? Not that it would have made a difference in the last round...

Drawing a weapon is a free action, but inciting berserker rage is a standard action, as is attacking. So you can't do both in the same round.

Right, death or glory it is then. Just not berserker death or glory.
Well, there we go - a perfect strike! Now Malavar just needs to avoid being cut down before being allowed to attack.
Also, am I the only one concerned by the fact that the party healer is critically wounded and outnumbered by foes that will get to strike first? No? Alright then...

Do stabilized characters heal naturally or do they need magical healing to reach 1 HP before natural healing kicks in?

They will heal naturally over time, but depending on how far into the negatives they are, it might take awhile before they wake up. A cure spell will jump start the progress by bumping them up to 1 HP and waking them up right away.

Good to know. The rule about complete bed rest still applies though, right? So if we get them properly tucked in they should recover 3 HP a day naturally, with a bonus for Malavar's healing NWP.
I'm considering suggesting that as the primary route of healing because even if we jump start the healing with magic, it's going to take at least a couple of days for Malavar to use magic to heal everyone back up. An extra day for natural healing shouldn't make that much of a difference and he might even be able to sneak in praying for detect magic to see if the shield we recovered is also magic.

That's correct, yes.

OOC: Unless anyone wants to do anything else, Malavar will potter about the camp, tending to everyone's wounds as best he can, including his own, then crash out as early as is defensible. Next morning, he'll pray for three CLW spells. These will go towards getting Jaxle, Krah and Dallion to as close to full health as possible. Okay. Everyone will get back 1 HP normally, plus another 2 HP for being under Malavar's care. The next morning Malavar memorizes CLW three times and casts them on Jaxle, Krah and Dallion. eOEDIX0N1d8That leaves us here: Drezden 20/28 Jaxle 06/06 Dallion 01/07 Malavar 06/09 Taska 06/06 Krah 01/10 I assume the next step is to rest the whole next day, as well? 1d8

I suggest that everyone but Malavar, Taska and Jaxle go for full bed rest so they can regain 4 HP each. Taska and Jaxle get to do all the hard work and if possible, Malavar keeps his activity at a level so that he can regain another HP.
Then, next morning, it's time for another round of CLW. They'll primarily go towards healing Jaxle and Krah to full health. If one spell for each is enough Malavar will either heal himself or Drezden with the last spell.
