Another thing to think about, is how your characters feel toward each other. Do you get along? Runt probably likes Grognak and Teakettle- The former because he's served with goblins, and can appreciate the bloodlust(not to mention shared sympathy over how poorly Bulbos treats Grognak). The Latter simply because there's nothing interesting for Teakettle to steal from him, and she seems ever-awed and wondered by his frequent, bellicose storytelling of his war time. Brave Sir Rob-I mean, Sir Placeholder is someone Runt probably considers foolish but harmless-after all, he spent years facing similar warriors with grandiose ideals of warfare(or more accurately, gutting them while they prattled on. ) That's entirely based on what I've read on the class itself, so this'll change once Rax has more fluff up! Still, he and Ravarie gets the short end of the stick to be honest- They're not exactly the kind of elf he fought for years, but probably close enough to stir old memories. He doesn't, and never really did keep with the crude antipathy for the other races fellow Draconians kept. That doesn't mean he wasn't exposed to it, and Ravarie's gruff attitude probably hasn't helped.

Updated my posts in the Character Creation thread. Dorias now has all the fluff to go with the crunch. I also picked some starting spells; I may roll for some more before the game begins.
If you're allowing requests for starting equipment, Dorias preferred fighting style is sword and (body) shield, so a shield for the big showdown would be dandy...

I could do that, sure. But he'd need at least one hand free for spellcasting, so he'd need to drop or put away either the sword or the shield to cast; just keep that in mind.

Can't cast spells in armour anyway, so it's a moot point once combat is joined. Plus, I'm surprised the ogres would allow a slave access to his spell book!

His spellbook, which is more of a book of magical poems really, is kept locked up most of the time, yes.

Sorry that took so long. For now, just take some time to establish your characters and roleplay among yourselves for a bit.
Also, I whispered each of you a rumor. You can keep that rumor to yourself, or use it as an ice-breaker or topic of conversation in-game. Up to you.
Oh, and spellcasters can choose their spells for the day.
