"Ah, the stoicism of the dwarves!" Malavar mutters, but he's clearly worried. "Dallion, Krah, help me here. Turn Drezden on his side and hold him steady. I need to break the shaft on the javelin and pull it through before I can begin to heal his wound."

With Malavar's healing skill, as well as Tempus' divine power, Drezden is healed up not entirely, but fairly close.
Jaxle looks down the hole at the skeleton, which is just pacing back and forth now. "Looks like he's not going anywhere. We should be safe up here."

Jaxle searches the east door for traps, finds none, and nods to Drezden for the go ahead. Carefully, the ranger opens the door, quick to stand aside in the process. Nothing shoots at him, but everyone in the room is assaulted by a terrible odor. Inside are rotted body parts and limbs. It is perhaps the worst smell any of the party has encountered before, and immediately causes their stomachs to turn in protest.

Even with his dwarven constitution, Drezden can't help but lose his breakfast, as well. However, both Krah and Jaxle are able to keep from doing so.
