Travel through the city is largely uneventful. With the slaadi gone, and most of the undead, as well, the city is a bit more safer. A number of people are reclaiming surrounding areas, working to rebuild them. They approach the graveyard from the south and can see most of it from the top of a hill there. Right now, as it is daylight, there seems to be little activity. Only a handful of zombies mill about aimlessly.

Kalana leads the group down to the graveyard. She has a bad feeling that the moment that she steps into the graveyard, a lot more undead are going to show up, so she tries to lure the first zombie closer to the entrance before attacking it.

The party descends the hill and makes their way down the road, toward the graveyard. Just as they reach the threshold of the gate, the nearest zombie (1) sees them, stops what it's doing, and points, making a terrible screeching sound. Auli'i is the first to act, and slings a stone toward the nearest zombie, but misses. Brax fires both of his pistols. The first one hits the zombie in the shoulder, blowing out a solid chunk of flesh. The second shot goes right between its eyes, bringing it down for good. Kalana uses her crossbow to fire at the next nearest one, but misses. Senllip uses his staff-sling and manages to hit the same zombie with it. The four remaining zombies move closer toward the party.
