Arthogate chuckles at the energy of the young kender "Eh every day is an adventure young ones. We go where we go and often times adventure finds us without us seeking it out."

Kaelestia
Hp: 12/12 - AC: 5 Kaelestia does her prayers for the day (or at least, she tries among the mayhem caused by the little kenders) and tends to Ferd while she waits for the others to ready themselves. " Why you do not tell us something about this forest?" - she asks the kenders. - " Is there something you and your friends were planning to explore when you embarked in this adventure?" OOC Actions same spells as yesterday.

"Maybe I'll sacrafice you to Nuitari' Again, the children show no fear at all to Parra's threats, as kender are incapable of fear. "What's sacrifice mean? Is it fun? What's a Nuitari?" asks Raddell. "Why you do not tell us something about this forest? Is there something you and your friends were planning to explore when you embarked in this adventure?" "Um well, it's really big," Joween offers. "It covers most of Goodlund, I think. We were just going to seek out any Evil we found and destroy it. Like those Draconians."

Joween shrugs. "Those were the only ones we saw."
"Let's go north, deeper into the forest," Makland says. "I bet there are more kids there."

Arthogate sighs "Sadly I'd have to agree there probably are more kender kids deeper in the forest."

"We don't have much choice in the matter," Sumina says. "We need to find all of the kids, so deeper into the forest it is."

Parra won't admit it, but she find a certain joy in threatening the kids. "Well. Maybe we will find the rest of them are dead, and we can report back."
to the children. "Sacrafice is when you kill or give up something for the sake of someone or something else. And it usually hurt. A lot." Parra cant help but enjoy herself. "Nuitari is the god of dark magic, represntee by the black moon. Only those with black hearts- like me, can see it. At the last battle, I have honored Nuitari, by giving him my kills. He seemed to like it. Maybe he would like kender children.... though, maybe why would he need bunch of vermins like you?"
Parra could be mean with no reprocatutions.

Arthogate adds to the sacrifice defining "But mind you not all sacrifices involve killing or death. Some folks sacrifice their freedom, others a possession, money or even their power. Some sacrifices made are to try and provide the greater good not all sacrifices are for evil or bad things."

Parra snarl. "It's just half baked sacrafices. True sacrafice involve gore and death."

"There's a third moon? I wanna see it!" Makland says. "How come we can't see it in the day?"
"Why is your heart black? Is it because it's a cow heart? Are cow hearts black?" wonders Raddell.
"Have you ever been sacrificed before? What's it feel like? It sounds interesting," comments Joween.

Kaelestia
Hp: 12/12 - AC: 5 Kaelestia's calm visage grimaces slightly. - " In my opinion, the most important aspect is to be sure that the reason you are making that sacrifice is worth the price you are paying. Or the things you gave away." - she looks away, thinking about the freedom her kind sacrificied to live in peace, imprisoned away from the world, and helpless against the gods whims.

As the group talks about sacrifices, she decides to take the lead to go deeper into the forest. "I wouldn't say true sacrifice involves gore and death," she finally says.

The party travels northward through the forest. As usual, Granker and Arthogate take the lead. The gladiator is still badly wounded, but does his best not to draw attention to it. Behind them are Sha'al and Sumina, and the three children skipping along right behind them. Multiple times one or more of the kender tries to head off on their own, and must be chased down and dragged back into line, usually with another child slipping away in the process, forcing a repeat of the process. Finally, Kaelestia and Parra take up the rear, the former pulling along Ferd by the reins and the latter constantly threatening the children, to no avail.
After about five hours of travel, it is now mid-afternoon. Images of needles in haystacks come to mind, but are rejected as being overly optimistic when it comes to finding these children, especially considering how large the forests of Goodlund are. But as luck would have it, the party crosses into a glade at the edge of some forested hills. There, they see a kender running around the legs of a young hill giant as the giant tries to catch him, while a second kender hangs on to the giant's neck. "Can't catch me!" the running kender says, somersaulting under a clumsy attempt to grab him.

Seems about right. All together. Sha'al mutters. He nods to the others and readies his shield and a javelin. When the others are ready he throws his javelin at the giant, then promptly readies his trident.
