Gritting her teeth, and suffering from the immense pain of the fire surrounding her, Rada makes a last-ditch assault against the priest. Despite her powerful blows, the cultist merely laughs and finishes her spell.
"By Imix's power, let these worthless heroes be incinerated!" she cries, as a massive blast of fire emanates from her, engulfing every combatant. The hapless warrior next to her is killed instantly by the blast, but she's barely harmed by the powerful flames. Rada and Iroas are both knocked to the ground, unconscious, and Savra and Migor stumble backwards, covered in burns. The fire elemental doesn't seem to have noticed. It dashes towards Savra, burning her badly with a pair of attacks. She tries to raise her sword to retaliate, but the fire around her whole body causes her to crumple to the ground, also unconscious.
Migor, with poor Iroas knocked out, shoots a blast of chaos energy at the injured priest. She scoffs at the little kobold, before the bolt morphs into a spear of ice, hitting her in the chest and causing her face to freeze into a look of dying anguish. He then turns himself invisible. The only fighters left are him and the fire elemental, battling among the bodies of their allies.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Rada takes 10 fire damage, then targets Hestal with her Storm Aura. She fails her Dex Save and takes 5 lightning damage. Then, Rada recklessly attacks her with advantage (Reckless Attack). She hits twice for 16 and 7 damage. Hestal casts Fireball centered on herself. Hestal succeeds her Dex Save and takes 13/2 = 7 fire damage. Guardian 2 fails his Dex Save and takes 26/2 = 13 fire damage. Guardian 2 dies! Rada fails her Dex Save and takes 26 fire damage. Rada falls! Savra succeeds her Dex Save and takes 13 fire damage. Iroas fails his Dex Save and takes 26 fire damage. Iroas falls! Migor fails his Dex Save and takes 26 fire damage. Fire Elemental attacks Savra, hitting twice for 11 and 10 fire damage. Savra is set on fire. Iroas is unconscious and must make a Death Save. Migor casts Chaos Bolt on Hestal. He hits, dealing 16 cold damage. Hestal dies! He then casts Quickened Greater Invisibility on himself. Savra takes fire damage and falls.
[Iroas needs to make two deaths saves, one for this round and one for the next. Rada needs to make one for next round.]

The fire around Rada takes a toll on her weak, unconscious body. She struggles and fails to get up, and she feels the light fade from her vision as her death approaches. The fire elemental looks around for its opponent, its flame burning bright with anger. Ever wary, it floats over Iroas' body, burning the cleric even more badly. Luckily, when its back is turned, Migor dashes over to his friend and does his best to treat his injuries. It's difficult to do when he can barely see his own hands, but he manages to soothe the burns. Iroas' skin will be charred for life, but he'll live--presuming nothing happens to re-injure him.
From the other side of the battlefield, Migor hears Savra gasp as the fire licks at her wounds. She, too, is on the verge of death--but unlike Rada, who will die before he gets a chance to assist her, Migor has the opportunity to rush over to her and attempt to heal her or put out the fire. But he'll have to be careful. The fire elemental looks like it's going to leave the bodies here and join in destroying the other parts of the town, but even the smallest noise may alert it to the kobold's position.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Rada takes fire damage. She then fails a Death Save. Rada now has two failed Death Saves. The Fire Elemental moves over Iroas' space, dealing fire damage to him. Iroas now has two failed Death Saves. Iroas makes a Death Save, succeeding. Iroas now has two failed Death Saves and one successful Death Save. Migor makes a Medicine check, succeeding. He Stabilizes Iroas. Savra takes fire damage. She then succeeds a Death Save. Savra now has one failed Death Save and one successful Death Save.
[OOC: If Migor moves over to Savra to put out the fire or make a Medicine check, he'll need to make a Stealth roll.]

Migor bite his tongue in order not to roll on the ground and sob- he was a minion! He was never meant to take charge! Migor just happened to survive expriements... and he happened to be still up when his tall friends are down! How elders in his clan said? "Everyone shorter then us when they fall. Yesyes."
But it didnt amused him the least right now.
He try to sneak over to Rada, praying to Iroas's god to be merciful-

Perhaps, as Migor prays, Iroas’ god blesses him. Or maybe the dire situation gives him ability he never had before. Or maybe he’s just lucky. Whatever the reason, he sneaks, invisible, like he’s never sneaked before.
Unfortunately, Rada perishes to the flames before he takes his first step. However, he’s still able to move over to Savra and put out the fire around her. Migor glances over at the elemental—his steps made so little noise that it seems to have disregarded him. It leaves the scene of this battle, moving to reinforce another group of fire cultists. Seizing the opportunity, Migor stabilizes Savra, as well.

Unfortunately, a safe hiding place doesn't stick out in Migor's eye. His vision turning to the battle, he sees that it's nearing its end--though with both the cultists and the villagers taking heavy casualties, it's hard to say who will win. No matter who achieves "victory," however, the town of Beliard will be all but destroyed from fire.

The griffins are waiting by one of the less-destroyed buildings—an inn, by the sign on the front. It takes Migor a while to bring the bodies over, but the fire cultists seem occupied with their battle against Beliard’s defenders. It seems that the tide has turned, and the cultists are moving into a retreat.

In that case, Migor wait by the griffons a bit, if the fire cultists are really leaving, he would try to ask for help.

After a few more minutes, the cultists break into a full retreat, repelled by the citizens of Beliard. Carta, the woman the party met when they first entered Beliard, approaches Migor. She’s covered in blood, and carrying a long sword in her hand.
”I didn’t think I’d be seeing you again,” she says to Migor. “You and your companions fought bravely. I’m sorry about your new friend,” she says, pointing to Rada’s body.
