Okay, a quick review of what we have so far:
01.) Character Generation; 4d6 drop the lowest, arrange to taste 02.) Level Limits are out. 03.) Humans get an XP bonus 04.) Drow get better infravision 05.) Halflings possibly need revision 06.) Half-Elves made more mechanically distinct 07.) Goblins might need a little work 08.) Hobgoblins have redundant organs? 09.) Removal of racial restrictions on classes. 10.) Cantrips and Find Familiar will be class features for Mages. 11.) Specialist Wizards will get their high level class features earlier 12.) Clerics will get spontaneous Cure/Inflict Wound spells and Orisons as a class feature 13.) Priests of Renos may get tweaked slightly 14.) Druids' Alignment will open up 15.) Thieves' skills will use 1d20 instead of 1d100 16.) Reading/Writing NWP applies to all known languages 17.) All NWPs cost 1 slot 18.) Crossbow damage is increased 19.) No penalties to non-lethal attacks
I'm going to spend some time working on these. As I said before, any changes made won't affect this game, just future Lost Souls games.
But anyone who wants to can continue discussing these topics, or others, if they like. But just wanted to give a head's up that my going quiet for a bit isn't because I'm giving up or anything.

I sat down and thought long and hard about Skelm Halflings, but could not come up with anything at all to change for them. So for now, I'll just leave them be. Maybe one day when/if someone plays one, I'll be able to gather more data on them and come up with something.

For Half-Drow, I decided on the following: Half-Drow get Dancing Lights, Faerie Fire or Darkness (choose one at character creation) once a day, and an extra 10 feet of infravision, but they suffer a -1 to hit when in bright light.

For Goblins, I couldn't come up with anything I found satisfactory, so I'll be leaving them as is for now. Maybe if/when someone playtests them, I can come up with something after collecting enough data.

Much like Skelms and Goblins, I couldn't come up with anything for Hobgoblins, either. I think I'll leave them alone for now, as well.

The Orisons. I've been working on them, but they aren't done just yet. I can share what I have so far, if anyone is interested in helping. But otherwise, I'll continue to work on them.

I haven't finished working on the new Renos priest classes, either. That'll take more time.
Okay, here's a revision of my list:
01.) Character Generation; 4d6 drop the lowest, arrange to taste 02.) Level Limits are out. 03.) Humans get an XP bonus 04.) Drow get better infravision 05.) Half-Elves made more mechanically distinct 06.) Removal of racial restrictions on classes. 07.) Cantrips and Find Familiar will be class features for Mages. 08.) All NWPs cost 1 slot 15.) Crossbow damage is increased 16.) No penalties to non-lethal attacks
Pretty sure nobody else is going to post anything else, so I'll probably stop making updates until I have more concrete stuff to share.

I've done some of them, and not yet touched others. Then when 3/4 of the group quit, I gave up. I guess I should resume working on them, though, if I do manage to get the game back up again.
