April sighs and nods to Terani. “I don’t like it. But it seems like our only option,” she says, noticing the familiar weight of her coral armor. “If we’re sharp, we can use this as an opportunity to accomplish our goal easier.” Perhaps by gaining more insight into Raven Call’s political situation?

The party turn in their gear, which the guard confiscates as evidence, and are then escorted down to the barracks by the guard. He locks them together in a cell made of surprisingly sturdy wooden bars, then goes off to get his superiors.
"So what exactly is the plan?" Blitz asks, a bit concerned with the direction this is going.

"Nothing too different from what we would hope for in best circumstances. That we're an envoy needing to deliver a message to the Prince and an alliance is the aim to better our nations." He replies.

"That's awfully defeatist of you," April snorted, feeling the grain of the bars. "If we can successfully convince them that we are an envoy, that brings us closer to the prince." She turned to Terani, gears turning in her brain. "Tell us everything you told them--down to the last detail. Is there any hope of inventing a tenable story?"

"There really isn't much more to say. I think the only extra thing was saying our weapons and armour was for protection on our travels. As coming at them fully armed would just be inviting our deaths." Terani replied before going silent and avoids looking towards Kalinda.
