So, it looks like vectorstar is down. Last time it went down, it was gone for about 2 months. So, the main problem is that we won't be able to access your character sheets. This shouldn't be too much problem since I have David's on my computer, but I never got the chance to enter in Heather's character. Hopefully, you have hard copies?
Also, my entire plan for the adventure is gone, but that shouldn't be too big of a problem. The entire adventure is in my head as well, what with me working on this adventure for about a year now. And I still have some time to jot down some notes.
Hopefully, though, the site is up again by this afternoon. I won't count on it, though.

So, I'm having connection problems it looks like. Can you guys get on IM and we can talk about what we want to do?

The name changing was getting kind of annoying. I think I'm use to the way that David does it. Either way, it was off to kind of a very confusing start, and I'm still kind of confused as to what is going on, but other than that it was okay. I enjoyed myself.

Well, doing that helps me keep track of NPCs, so I don't forget that they exist. Though that still happened a couple of times.

The connection problems and inability to reference my character or the handout aside, I liked it. I was confused most of the time, due to a lack of information. The dream sequence lost me, for instance, and I felt like I was just kind of muddling my way through most of the game. But then, considering Barlemus is as sharp as a hammer, maybe that worked to my advantage. I don't know.

Yeah, like I said, don't worry about things like that.
You didn't like the dream sequence? I even had Heather help a bit with it.

What was confusing? I'll work more on that for next time.

It's not that I didn't like the dream sequence, I was just a little lost. My character was killed, and then someone was talking to him. I wasn't sure who was speaking (I thought it was the prince, at first) or if I should respond (seeing as I was dead). The fact that the 'voice' was public, and not whispered to me, confused me further, since that implied Lexi could hear it, too.
As for the rest, I think it was mostly a disconnect between what I know and what my character knows. Barlemus is proficient in heraldry and etiquette, and I am not. I've never played a noble before, or even know that much about Feudal Europe. So I wasn't at all sure how to conduct his behavior. I drew up a complete blank on what he should wear to the ball, for instance. Not that I ever had ranks in Fashion anyway.

Proficiency in Heraldry and Ettiquette does not equate to a sudden mastery. I suppose you do need to get used to my setting, though.
With regard to nobles... You should read more. All my "knowledge" (which is pitifully small), I get from books.
